Order some bike parts/tools in 7.05.2024 and received the order on 14.05.2024 with missing item inside, so I refuse the order and contact the seller(bike-discount.de) until 28.05 they did nothing to refund the money or to resolve the problem. First time in 9 years of orders from this webshop. Beware of this, if IT happens to you, never refuse the order because you will lose money and the remaining items from the order.

Delay and delay

I ordered bike. Shipping time up to 18 days. more than 22. I texted them. Then bike is packed and should be handled to delivery in 2 days. another 5 and still not handled to dhl.

There was no information about returns from Lithuania being that complicated. Turns out I have to organise shipping pay for that myself and hope that the parcel will reach you.

Emails ignored.

I sent two emails to the company one direct and one via paypal both ignored. Customer service is very poor. Produce pricing is good but at the expense of customer satisfaction?

He comprobado sus datos: le rogamos su comprensión, usted mismo ha olvidado introducir el número de teléfono de su dirección de entrega, que según su declaración es obviamente relevante para la entrega. Tramitamos los pedidos de nuestros clientes muy rápidamente, por lo que no podemos modificar los pedidos a posteriori. Lo indicamos en nuestra página web y en la confirmación del pedido. Hemos respondido a sus correos electrónicos y también le hemos indicado dónde puede recoger el paquete que se le entregó en una paquetería. Usted ya lo ha recogido allí. 2nd time that the package is deliverd somewhere else...

My packages where delivered somewhere else, in the past it was always correct but now the last few times de delivery is not right, i need to collect it in an other city....

Quick dispatch but awaiting product from customs nearly one month from date of order.

The service is good leaving the country but unfortunately item is in UK customs and cannot comment on product or what the amendment has been made to comment on service.

the dpd delivery is very bad, they do not do what is agreed per telephone. Please allow another delivery , eg ups, for a few euros more? the shop itself is good.

Description of the product was not correct. And even after mailing twice they keep insisting it was correct (a hooked rim wheel, but it really was hookless).
