Have purchased hiking & camping gear over several years. Order status & communication is good. Delivery within Ireland takes a little longer but that is likely local courier/postal service issue. Goods always arrive well packed and products always as ordered. For this reason happy to wait a day or two longer for peace of mind. Have found prices to be pretty competitive and free delivery over certain price.

I bought a garmin montana 700 gps that came in order from the point of view of the integrity of the package and the product, but the product itself, that is, the gps does not receive the GLONASS satellite constellation as specified in the product description, it only receives the American satellite constellation and has of the European Union, i.e. GPS+GALILEO, in addition, I could not update the pre-installed EUROPA TOPO ACTIVE maps, the active topo maps are only at the level of the 2020s, it tells me that I do not have enough space on the internal memory, instead the other set of GARMIN CITY NAVIGATOR maps I was able to update it to the level of 2024 years

The good: the variety is superb! I love how you get to see the “lowest price within 30 days” - makes you feel you’re on top of your purchases. Loving the wish list though, it’s growing a bit. Perhaps they can separate it or have us add in our own “folders” ie “skiing” or “camping” So it’s easier for us to look at our wishlist items. The bads: Experienced delays with certain purchases. I particularly do not like their “robotic” replies when querying about order deliveries which doesn’t make me feel any further reassured.

The delivery was faster than announced and the packaging is very neat! Only after paying for the order did the website inform me that they were experiencing delays with the shipments - even though this didn’t affect my order, I thought it was kind of a low move. For changes and returns, you have to pay yourself for the shipment. This is particularly annoying with a brand that has a good reputation, and when you buy shoes, for example. Still, I like their service and quality.

the website is easy to use and find products of your favorite brands. all payment options make it especially convenient to make a purchase (Apple pay), you don't have to look for a credit card, and I like the fact that you don't have to be a customer, but you can show the purchase as a so-called guest. I visit your website often, I like nature and hiking, being outside, and the page is very user friendly, so I will continue to visit the page.

You are great , but I give you only five stars because of your romanian shipping partner Cargus.They have terrible services,if we can name it so..For two days they send me messages announcing the delivery,than never arrives the parcel.Please,change the shipping company

Easy checkout. Had to submit 5 times to newsletter registration in order to finaly get a confirmation.

This was the only site where I could find exactly what I needed with prices that weren't so extravagant. The shipping was free, and the payment options were plentiful. The order arrived as scheduled, well packaged, and the items were exactly what I had ordered. I didn't need to use customer service, but through the e-mails I had received, I knew where to get help if I needed to.

Ordering experience was easy. The boots arrived within the estimated time and the packaging was safe, secure and recycleable. The order was correct for size and colour the boots were in pristine condition. The only downside was with the delivery service, they did not seem to regularly update the tracking page so when the package arrived I was not expecting it.

I try to use my credit card to complete the payment but failed for 3 times, so I have to choose PayPal and it's done. By the way, I subscribed the newsletter but no email and EUR5 voucher received after 20 minutes. There might be some problem with you but I will still continue browsing the website for shopping later.

I like that there is easy access to a person to speak to if I have a problem with my purchase. I have now bought 3 pairs of Hey Dude shoes and I am delighted with their lightness and comfort. They're not for wet weather though. I am wearing men's hoes although I am a woman but they are truso comfortable

I ordered a pair of shoes,they delivered them on time.I had an issue with the shoes a few days later,some stiches were cut,i send them a claim and they replied on the same day.They asked me to send them some photos and they refund me the money a few days later!!Definitely i will order from them again!

Had never heard of this website yet i found the best deal on the hoka bondi 8! Not only was the price reduced but I was also given €5.00 of for joining the newsletter. Moreover, I had the option to protect my order for free. Really satisfied with the price, easy to use website and amazing offers!

Well stocked shop, mostly competitive prices, website works good. It would be even better, if you communicate delivery delays before the purchase is made. It's nothing unusual that delays happen, but we would all benefit from you being more transparent in this case. Keep up on good work.
