I have been using the reward calendar for booking trips in the past - which is an extremely helpful tool. For about two months that tool is no longer available, which makes the process of booking online very tedious. A user needs to check each day and different airports for what they can afford. If you are booking for two people or more it becomes even more challenging. I have called AF, and have gotten a variety of responses. The last one, Andrea at AF said there was a”glitch” and clients and AF booking agents were never supposed to see the calendar of reward travel … rather both groups are supposed to search for flights day by day. The calendar only works for cash purchases. I said “WHAT?” I have been searching this way for a couple of years, and now the “glitch” was fixed by not allowing such a helpful tool to be removed?? Once I hung up, I checked award travel with my husband’s account and “Voila” it worked! However, after checking award travel a few times, it disappeared again. I have recommended people sign up for the AF flying blue program (2 people signed up for your credit card as a result) in the last year. I think you have a good program, however I am not understanding the contradictory responses from your employees and the removal of a very practical and useful trip planning tool, that has no downsides that I can see. Other airlines use such similar tools. It also frees up the phone lines if people can plan their trips online. I suggest you rethink this or fix the new “glitch” if it was unintended.

Dear Air France Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with your airline. I am a frequent business class passenger, and I have always chosen Air France for its reputed excellence in service. However, on my most recent flight, I encountered several issues that have compelled me to inform you of my dissatisfaction. Firstly, there was a lack of competence displayed by the airport personnel and authorities. Despite booking a business class ticket, I was surprised to learn that there was no provision for business class passengers' transportation. This is highly unprofessional and not in line with the level of service that I have come to expect from Air France. Moreover, the wait that ensued was unacceptable. After being informed that there would be no separate transportation, I was made to wait in a bus for over 20 minutes until it was full of passengers. This unnecessary delay caused inconvenience and discomfort to all passengers involved. Additionally, once we finally reached the plane, we were forced to wait an additional 15 minutes inside the bus before being allowed to board. Such delays only serve to tarnish Air France's reputation and detract from the overall customer experience. It is my earnest request that Air France takes swift action to rectify these issues with the airport personnel and authorities. Measures need to be put in place to ensure the smooth and efficient transportation of passengers, especially those in business class. This will not only improve the airline's reputation but also demonstrate a commitment to providing a superior level of service. I trust that Air France, being a reputed and esteemed airline, will take this complaint seriously and address the shortcomings I have raised. I hope that my feedback will contribute to the ongoing effort to enhance the overall passenger experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter. On 23 September there is some issues happen with me on the way back to Lebanon I was glad to save someone life’s and I was so happy to do that and help the crew and on the way back to Boston they missed my baggage but I get it In 2 days this is what happen with me but differently I will travel with you guys again bless u all

The Air Blue benefits club for US seems messed up. Site for password input allows first letter to be only upper case—if password begins with lower, you have to enter the password on a clipboard first and then paste it. And then it tells you account is blocked. I don’t have this issue with any other airline loyalty accounts.

I booked the ticket using my miles

I booked the ticket using my hard-earned AirFrance miles. The taxes and fees we around $340. I also had a non-refundable voucher for $250 from my previous travel. Unfortunately, I was not allowed to apply my voucher to cover the cost of taxes and fees for this ticket. I am a Silver member of AirFrance and Flying Blue.

Easy and straight forward process To make a big purchase for international flights is stress enough. But are France website make it easy! The price is reasonable. Seats chosen was brief. We don’t need to contact the customer service to choose seats for free. This is very important when we travel with young children.

Thought all representatives very helpful ,but found getting tickets through the website a little frustrating. Every time I pursued the more information option ,I couldn’t get back to what I already filled out .Finally on the third attempt and without pressing any more information options ,I was able to secure tickets

Accuracy matters

The agent initially booked the incorrect date which was discovered when I'm about to finalize and reserve. Called again to ensure the correct date was booked and reserved. Unfortunately, this little mistake caused me to transfer more points than needed. Oh well, these points can be used on the next trips i supposed.

I was very impressed by Airfrance's customer support yesterday (11/30) for booking 'Flying Blue'. Compared to British Air, where I was on hold for more than 30min and had to call again, Airfrance picked up almost immediately and helped me byuing a ticket that I was unable to buy online. All-in-all great support

Passable experience.

Seat selection and Lunch and diner option selection is painful, the system threw 15+errors at me when trying to select seats and diner options. Altogether, It took longer for me to purchase 3 planes tickets than it took my coworker to purchase a Tesla online including the financing options. This is ridiculous.

Great flight services

I very much value your professionalism and the high quality of service. My only suggestion is to improve the quality of taking care of travelers when it happen to have longer connection time than expected due to change of AF flights time - particularly a smoother process to obtain accommodation in the airport.

Economy plus was too expensive to consider. The flight was fine though as it was with an airbus - Boeings pack people like sardines in coach. Maybe a greater selection of meals would add a little something to A.F. flight attendants were really nice and much better put together than US stewards and stewardesses.

Easy enough to book my flight but: 1. couldn’t get a seat choice on the code share flight via Delta on return. Your website directs me to Delta and Delta back to yours. 2. Created a password but your app wd not let me login. Using password the rotating arrow where the continue button shd be just kept rotating.

Disappointed in Upgrading Seats at time of Purchase

I am waiting to see if our seats will be upgraded from Premium Comfort to Business Class with miles before giving a complete rating. I was surprised to be informed after purchasing our tickets, that we have to wait until only weeks before traveling before knowing if seats in Business Class are available to us.

I have no guarantee my problem will be taken into account. I first sent an email and was given a reference number. But then I was told to call the platinum line. However I was not given a new reference number. I just have to hope the person who took my call will act as promised. Hence my rating as "fair".

Liked the connecting flights availability What can be done better 1. luggage handling - twice they spoiled our luggage. What we got in return as reimbursement was not even half of what we have ended up paying for the new ones 2. food especially vegetarian options could be a lot better on international flights

Two Annoying Issues

1- The Peruvian AF website offers only Spanish language. English should be a standard option for site language; 2- The booking/reservation server was painfully slow. Seating choices were (apparently) ultimately done even though the webpage stated that there are technical problems after hitting the OK button.

glad to have help in cdg with our connection. I was traveling with my grand daughter who was nine years. I was traveling on a different locator as a ID 90. The system would not allow for me to get both boarding passes on my own. Greeting agent was very helpful and pulled up both passes for us. Thanks!

On time dependable. Priced generally moderate. Good service. Comfortable seats. Not 5 stars because toilets have been very poorly supplied and kept clean. Also the food is not at all to my taste and has not been changed in 4 years that I have been frequently flying. Movies could use an upgrade too.

My frequent Flights have been on time and service is friendly and welcoming. Food can always be improved as can cleanliness of bathrooms and seat areas. Luggage retrieval at CDG needs to be faster. I have flown AF for the last 40 years, with a minimum of 2 rountrips per year and as many as 5-6.

I made selections for seats and food service and I'm unsure if they actually were accepted. I received red alert messages that they weren't but then my electronic ticket appears to have the selections captured. Just confusing messages. But the website was easy to navigate in selecting flights.

Keisha at the check in for our Virgin Atlantic flight to Heathrow connecting to CDG was amazingly helpful. We were so happy to see her again at the gate as we boarded. I thanked her again for helping my daughter and I secure seats together on this last minute flight. I even snapped a pic with her!
