I am located in the UK and have ordered items from Koala Bay in Spain, so I do not expect to receive the package in just a few days. However, it is now 17 days since I placed my order and I notice that there is a note on the tracking system that says ‘customs documentation is missing’ from a few days after I placed my order. This suggests that my order has perhaps been delayed unnecessarily. I want to be as positive as I can, but am unable to give more than a three-star review atm.

Great and speedy service! I tried on the item in store but didn’t get it, as soon as I got home I wanted it! Looked online and had it within the week. Delivery was a bit pricey but overall I’m delighted with everything! Thank you
