I am located in the UK and have ordered items from Koala Bay in Spain, so I do not expect to receive the package in just a few days. However, it is now 17 days since I placed my order and I notice that there is a note on the tracking system that says ‘customs documentation is missing’ from a few days after I placed my order. This suggests that my order has perhaps been delayed unnecessarily. I want to be as positive as I can, but am unable to give more than a three-star review atm.

For 4 years I’ve been buying flip flops from Koala Bay and never had problems. This time I ordered two pairs. One of them was ok but the other one was obviously size smaller and one of the bottom layers came off in first day. Very disappointed.

Size of the slippers did not correspont to the size table. And returning items cost to much. So now im down €28,- and still have no fitting slippers. I do like the look and cushioning of the slippers, too bad I can't wear them.
