I am located in the UK and have ordered items from Koala Bay in Spain, so I do not expect to receive the package in just a few days. However, it is now 17 days since I placed my order and I notice that there is a note on the tracking system that says ‘customs documentation is missing’ from a few days after I placed my order. This suggests that my order has perhaps been delayed unnecessarily. I want to be as positive as I can, but am unable to give more than a three-star review atm.

For 4 years I’ve been buying flip flops from Koala Bay and never had problems. This time I ordered two pairs. One of them was ok but the other one was obviously size smaller and one of the bottom layers came off in first day. Very disappointed.

I’m 100% sure koala bay sold my data right after I purchased from the website.right after submitting an order I got an email about a “job opportunity” this might not seem weird at first but I made the order in my sisters name with my email and the “job opportunity” email was addressed in my sisters name and I have never gotten an email addressed to my sister before.

Poor communication

Poor communication. Unfufilled order. I received notifications about changes to my order without explainations. Products not sent and cancelled but still available to order online so if I order again I pay twice for delivery! The actual products ordered amd delivered were received quickly and of good quality so this helps but am issie with my order has been badly managed and responded to.

Fiz a encomenda no dia 07 de Agosto. Pedi para trocarem a morada de envio que coloquei errada, a qual responderam prontamente que iriam trocar sem problema. Hoje é dia 18 e continuo sem receber a encomenda e no site diz que ainda não foi enviada. Enviei mensagens e mails e continuo sem respostas…
