The discount on the products was very impressionant the delivering time is rather slow , Eastern weekend could have made the delivery slower? , but to pay twice the charged price (2*95€) for transport when it was clear that the 2 orders where packed together making it one package and one transport , (as asked for in my email) the very good impression with the very interesting prices was cooling a little . All materials were very well packed . Maybe a discount on the second order ? I stil recommend your website.
I cancelled an order on the same day that I ordered it and called their support the same day. The calls are recorded in their log. I did not need the product (single V&B Zigbee controller) as it was already built in to a product I have (V&B Spiegelschrank). Reuter Support never stopped the order with UPS despite my call. I called again and emailed with clear instructions and they still didn’t stop it from shipping. So, I called UPS and requested it to be stopped. This was before they shipped the product. UPS put in a clear note that return was requested but Reuter still didn’t stop it. The shipping went out from their warehouse a couple of days after I cancelled it and went all the way to Sweden only to return back to Germany and Reuter without me being involved. A week after they signed for the package return I still I haven’t received money back despite an email that I would get money back. The people in support are friendly but their cancellation handling is really bad. It’s in cases like this companies show their real character.
I placed an order. The price dropped the next day by over 200 euro. I emailed about it and got no reply. I wont be ordering again from this website.

Hyper efficient. We booked online and the process was really smooth. Slight delay between order processing and matching the payment. Otherwise seamless.
The Dasher delivery tracker seemed to be a step behind. Nothing to do with Reuter but no harm to note. No update between exit from factory to delivery.
We have yet to install so we cannot comment on the products. Thank you. Great service. Rgds. Eamonn

It was almost perfect. The only slight hitch was at the end when an email said the package was coming on a Monday, but the local distribution company - Fercam - had already called to say it would arrive Tuesday, one day later, and it did. So I was a little confused but not much. I had recently ordered something from Manomano - which was disastrous. In short, I would definitely return to Reuter.com!

Reuter are a very professional organisation who inspire trust. We have a problem with a large shower tray that they have delivered to Ireland. They are acting proactively and quickly to send us a replacement. We could not ask for more. The only small problem we had was trying to speak on the phone to customer service in english, but by email its working perfectly

technical assistance is very good
their delivery partner (UPS) is very bad, I wasn t inform my delivery was in a picking shop close to my house, parcell was there for 1 month without any info. I received the info because I did a claim and call them several time (nothing on their tracking parcell web page)
Visited the Reuter showroom in Düsseldorf and have ordered multiple bathrooms from them online with great success. The choice of not only the bathroom goods but their lighting section is equally great too. Quick to dispatch, and reasonable carriage costs. Highly recommended 😊
