The discount on the products was very impressionant the delivering time is rather slow , Eastern weekend could have made the delivery slower? , but to pay twice the charged price (2*95€) for transport when it was clear that the 2 orders where packed together making it one package and one transport , (as asked for in my email) the very good impression with the very interesting prices was cooling a little . All materials were very well packed . Maybe a discount on the second order ? I stil recommend your website.
I cancelled an order on the same day that I ordered it and called their support the same day. The calls are recorded in their log. I did not need the product (single V&B Zigbee controller) as it was already built in to a product I have (V&B Spiegelschrank). Reuter Support never stopped the order with UPS despite my call. I called again and emailed with clear instructions and they still didn’t stop it from shipping. So, I called UPS and requested it to be stopped. This was before they shipped the product. UPS put in a clear note that return was requested but Reuter still didn’t stop it. The shipping went out from their warehouse a couple of days after I cancelled it and went all the way to Sweden only to return back to Germany and Reuter without me being involved. A week after they signed for the package return I still I haven’t received money back despite an email that I would get money back. The people in support are friendly but their cancellation handling is really bad. It’s in cases like this companies show their real character.

Poor cancellation management
I cancelled an order on the same day that I ordered it and called their support the same day. The calls are recorded in their log. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately the department in charge received your message on monday but the package was loaded cargo the saturday before. We kindly ask for your understanding that we have no chance to unload a complete lorry to find one box and thereby create a delivery delay for all other shipments.

The price and quality of the delivery
The price for delivery indication should be more clear on the website; free delivery is ONLY in Germany; even though a delivery to the south of Germany would be way further from the warehouse as compared to where I live in Belgium I still needed to pay quite a lot (order for about 3500 euro).
The delivery itself was done at the border between the street and the driveway; not to the doorstep which made me gather around some people to transport the goods into the house.
The goods itself were greatly packed and wrapped about the best I've seen ever!

never will deal with u again nor would i recommend you to anyone joke order told in stock waited weeks had to ring up then told it was going next day ordered other products told it would go out next day 5 days later rang again told it would be next day given the worst excuse ever about the delay that a 5 year old wouldn’t believe then given no tracking number to track order well done for making a customer very angry

Long waiting time till delivery
Although items show as available prior to purchase, dispatch is poor & takes a long time to be delivered. I am still waiting for the items I ordered 3 weeks ago!
