I was a little cincerned to buy from Topdrinks because of bad reviews in Denmark. But everything was fine. Good selection to choose from, very good prices. 5 days delivery. A little confusion because I received 3 dutch mails from MySendle with three different ordrenummers, and then afterwards several statusmails, and finally two packages were delivered from GLS and PostNord. But everything is here now 👍

The order is easy. Page easyJet to use. U ALREADY TOOK MY MONEY. BUT I HAVE NO RUM. AND I CANT TRACE IT.

A Dutch company with a Danish backdrop, which, until problems arise, is also with English and not only Dutch - but the Danish is gone - and with a telephone system, where a customer with a problem ends up giving up. I would "just" claim over a leaking Genever bottle! So after a few emails, I have given up my complaint + the company!

Money drawn, no delivery, no reply

I never recived my delivery, and they do not reply on my email. The bottles never arrived. One was broken when it arrived to the Danish GLS sorting facility, and because topdrinks never replyed GLS regarding the matter, GLS returned the packed to sender. So now I don't have the bottles, or my money and topdrinks is not responding

Unfortunately revceived broken bottles.

Unfortunately, some bottles were broken in the last order and until now no success getting a replacement. 5 days ago, I received a single e-mail when I complained but since then no feedback or answers. The destroyed bottles are the reason for the poor review (= amount of stars)

Entering delivery address/recipient went wrong

The website didnt tell which of the addresses was the delivery address and which one was the invoice address, which caused me to mix up the recipient and the sender. Writing topdrinks on mail didnt help as they couldnt change it for me. Bad customer experience

Køb aldrig her!!! Dette er et hollandsk firma. Jeg har bestilt for 3 uger siden, og har stadig intet modtaget fra dem. De opgiver dansk telefon nummer - men det er fup. Har været i kontakt med dem både skriftligt og pr. telefon, det hjælper intet.

Bad customer service

The drinks came after a few days but some of it were broken in transportation. I asked for replacement of the bottles that where broken and they would only give me a 10% discount on next delivery- as if I’m gonna make another order with them…

I had to refuse acceptance of delivery, as there was broken bottle that had leaked through. on the positive side, they gave me 10 % discount on next order, but I have to make a new order, they cannot just resend this.

Unfortunately my first experience with this shop was not Great. They Send wrong item In the order, and when contacting customer service about it, they were not willing to send a replacement for the wrong item.

PostNord 🙈

Hvis ikke, det lige havde været for PostNord, så havde det sikkert været okay. Min pakke er landet i Taulov den 4/3-24 og idag fredag den 8/3-24 er den stadig ikke leveret. Jeg skal bruge pakken den 9/3-24 🙈

Fik min ene ordre i tre forsendelser Til stor forvirring fik jeg først en kasse med noget af min ordre, dagen efter to kasser samtidig med resten af min ordre. Men det hele kom frem og forholdsvis hurtigt.

Første gang jeg handlede hos jer var indpakningen for dårlig halvdelen af flaskerne var smadret, anden gang var indpakningen Ok men så manglede halvdelen af min ordre, så nej ikke mere handel fra mig.

The website promised a present/gift with the bottles, but there wasnt anything at all when i got my order. False advertising is illegal i Denmark but not in Holland apparently

Long delivery time

The delivery time is not 2-4 days as promised, but a whole week, and that is too long if you are planning events with the goods ordered.
