I have been using the reward calendar for booking trips in the past - which is an extremely helpful tool. For about two months that tool is no longer available, which makes the process of booking online very tedious. A user needs to check each day and different airports for what they can afford. If you are booking for two people or more it becomes even more challenging. I have called AF, and have gotten a variety of responses. The last one, Andrea at AF said there was a”glitch” and clients and AF booking agents were never supposed to see the calendar of reward travel … rather both groups are supposed to search for flights day by day. The calendar only works for cash purchases. I said “WHAT?” I have been searching this way for a couple of years, and now the “glitch” was fixed by not allowing such a helpful tool to be removed?? Once I hung up, I checked award travel with my husband’s account and “Voila” it worked! However, after checking award travel a few times, it disappeared again. I have recommended people sign up for the AF flying blue program (2 people signed up for your credit card as a result) in the last year. I think you have a good program, however I am not understanding the contradictory responses from your employees and the removal of a very practical and useful trip planning tool, that has no downsides that I can see. Other airlines use such similar tools. It also frees up the phone lines if people can plan their trips online. I suggest you rethink this or fix the new “glitch” if it was unintended.

Dear Air France Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with your airline. I am a frequent business class passenger, and I have always chosen Air France for its reputed excellence in service. However, on my most recent flight, I encountered several issues that have compelled me to inform you of my dissatisfaction. Firstly, there was a lack of competence displayed by the airport personnel and authorities. Despite booking a business class ticket, I was surprised to learn that there was no provision for business class passengers' transportation. This is highly unprofessional and not in line with the level of service that I have come to expect from Air France. Moreover, the wait that ensued was unacceptable. After being informed that there would be no separate transportation, I was made to wait in a bus for over 20 minutes until it was full of passengers. This unnecessary delay caused inconvenience and discomfort to all passengers involved. Additionally, once we finally reached the plane, we were forced to wait an additional 15 minutes inside the bus before being allowed to board. Such delays only serve to tarnish Air France's reputation and detract from the overall customer experience. It is my earnest request that Air France takes swift action to rectify these issues with the airport personnel and authorities. Measures need to be put in place to ensure the smooth and efficient transportation of passengers, especially those in business class. This will not only improve the airline's reputation but also demonstrate a commitment to providing a superior level of service. I trust that Air France, being a reputed and esteemed airline, will take this complaint seriously and address the shortcomings I have raised. I hope that my feedback will contribute to the ongoing effort to enhance the overall passenger experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Extremely rude staff at Boston airport. They need to be given training on what customer service and basic manners. They are in a service industry but act as if they are working in a prison and all of their customers are their prisoners. First mosbehavior and then they lost our luggage (carry on bag) that they had focefully checked in.

If you have to call customer service, just shoot yourself first and save yourself the pain

I was all set to buy a business class to get going out and economy class ticket coming back, but then I called Customer Service and I ended up using just frequent flyer miles instead it was that bad. I've flown every airline and I've never had customer service from the call center.

Messed up my flight. Original flight that was meant for 26th June with payment for 4 additional bags got Changed to 28th of June when I didn’t make the change and representative Indian guy was rude, wasn’t patient to listen to my explanation and hung up on me!

Website slow and unresponsive

Website slow and unresponsive.It took many tries to book the flights I wanted. I've entered requested travel documents twice and they're still not registered. the mobile app is just as bad. Another bad experience with airlines websites...nothing new here.

Fares in miles is glitchy

Several times when searching for fares miles the calendar function did not work or I was unable to process to the purchase page. Also it was not possible to add an I can’t in lap to my booking online and instead had to call and wait 40 mins to do so.

Did my reservation without confirming with Indigo airlines. Didn't issue my ticket for 2 days. No communication from AF regarding the status. Held my credit card funds. Offered no other alternative. Got different answers from different agents.

Website very hard to use. When I called reservations they were not helpful and tried to charge more money than the website said the cost was by $2000.00 more. They seem to be a contracted outsourced group that was not very professional.

"error" while booking= $117 price increase

In the middle of booking my ticket I received an error and was told to start again. When I did and selected the same flights, the price increased by $117. So AF's "error" was just a trick to get me to spend more money! Eff you

1. Answer the phone. We spent about an hour on hold hoping to ask some questions about this reservation and finally gave up. 2. Build a better website. Twice your site hung when it tried to transfer me to the payment step.

Rip off

Booked a ticket for $1800 then 1 day later wanted to change destination airport from Riyadh to Jeddah with more than 1 week before departure, they told me that will cost me additional $1700. Rip off.

Subpar Customer Service
