I like the fact that Superbalist really cater for the plussize woman. All too often plussize clothing are outdated, frumpy and just not nice. We also struggle with trendy styles, things are nit true to size etc but Superbalist has really delivered 70% of the time so far. There is a lot they can improve on since the South African market has a lot of potential for plussize woman.
Another BIG issue is finding boots for people with big calves. I have big calves and have to buy my boots from the UK cause NOWHERE in SA I can find them. Otherwise I have to take them to someone who then adds a piece of leather so they can fit me. I bought a pair from the Butterfly label (my fav because the shoes are always so comfortable) and they fit beautiful till I have to zip it closed. I have always been disappointed with knee hight boots in South Africa.

Delivery was late. Seems like it was only attended to once I contacted you guys to complain.
Then I was told that one of my items was not available even though the app showed that it was.
You guys sent me a 20% discount which was not much less than the discount I would have received on the dress and now the dress in my size is sold out.
Very bad service. This has happened before and I've overlooked it but this problem doesn't seem to be addressed. I've also noticed other customers complaining about the same thing. So not impressed

Disappointed
The clothes did not fit,the despricption was deceiving,a size 4 that was like a 2 and a half,i felt like i wasted my money, first time ever of being unhappy since you opened shop.

Your customer service is very poor, your agents are clueless, the query mail is useless cause you never get feedback. There's basically zero support for customers on Superbalist.

Pricing dissatisfaction
Very easy to shop and convenient which is always great. However, it is disheartening to purchase something at their prices then return a day later to find that it is discounted.

Too many order errors
Unfortunately they mess up too many orders and trying to fix these problems is extremely frustrating and slow. That's why I don't like to order from Superbalist much any more.

The jeans was stinky could not get smell out and I'm a size 6 normally but got a size 8 they where so small I'm 12 year old niece that takes a si,e 13-14 years fits in to them

Questionable Delivery
Did not call to ask me about the package and its delivery when they were getting lost just gave it to my neighbour. No one even informed me that the package was delivered.
