I like the fact that Superbalist really cater for the plussize woman. All too often plussize clothing are outdated, frumpy and just not nice. We also struggle with trendy styles, things are nit true to size etc but Superbalist has really delivered 70% of the time so far. There is a lot they can improve on since the South African market has a lot of potential for plussize woman.
Another BIG issue is finding boots for people with big calves. I have big calves and have to buy my boots from the UK cause NOWHERE in SA I can find them. Otherwise I have to take them to someone who then adds a piece of leather so they can fit me. I bought a pair from the Butterfly label (my fav because the shoes are always so comfortable) and they fit beautiful till I have to zip it closed. I have always been disappointed with knee hight boots in South Africa.

Delivery was late. Seems like it was only attended to once I contacted you guys to complain.
Then I was told that one of my items was not available even though the app showed that it was.
You guys sent me a 20% discount which was not much less than the discount I would have received on the dress and now the dress in my size is sold out.
Very bad service. This has happened before and I've overlooked it but this problem doesn't seem to be addressed. I've also noticed other customers complaining about the same thing. So not impressed

The MAC lipstick I received was not of good quality. I have previously purchased the product at the Mac counter however the quality of the Mac lipstick from Superbalist isn’t the same.

Your sizes are confusing expecially your shoes. I bought size 10 for my son and it looks like size 6 for the kids😩, very disappointing. Nd the pant is too big so 6 6 looks like size 10.

There was a human hair lodged within the packaging of the base cover. Super disgusting!!! Clearly the product was not checked as the hair was clearly visible from the sealed packaging.

Courier service could be better
No problem with the shoes. The courier service could be better. My package was delivered to my neighbours and I received no communication from the courier that my package was delivered

They first delivered wrong size. But received the right size after a week. Some of their drivers are not patient enough. Customers must be told about exact time of delivering a parcel.

Short grace period for order collection

It’s no longer the old superbalist we know. They get orders wrong and send you things you didn’t order only for the item you wanted to be sold out. I would recommend it with caution.

My experience with Superbalist is that they sell you something they do not have and tell you about inventory error. You are lucky if you receive your order. Not a trusted online shop.

Don't rip people off. I bought a pair of shoes from you. When I got the shoes the tag on the shoes was almost R450 cheaper than what I paid. Not impressed with Superbalist at all!!
