I like the fact that Superbalist really cater for the plussize woman. All too often plussize clothing are outdated, frumpy and just not nice. We also struggle with trendy styles, things are nit true to size etc but Superbalist has really delivered 70% of the time so far. There is a lot they can improve on since the South African market has a lot of potential for plussize woman.
Another BIG issue is finding boots for people with big calves. I have big calves and have to buy my boots from the UK cause NOWHERE in SA I can find them. Otherwise I have to take them to someone who then adds a piece of leather so they can fit me. I bought a pair from the Butterfly label (my fav because the shoes are always so comfortable) and they fit beautiful till I have to zip it closed. I have always been disappointed with knee hight boots in South Africa.

Delivery was late. Seems like it was only attended to once I contacted you guys to complain.
Then I was told that one of my items was not available even though the app showed that it was.
You guys sent me a 20% discount which was not much less than the discount I would have received on the dress and now the dress in my size is sold out.
Very bad service. This has happened before and I've overlooked it but this problem doesn't seem to be addressed. I've also noticed other customers complaining about the same thing. So not impressed

Ordered an item last year, the incorrect size was sent. 4 months of back and forth before my money was returned. Re-ordered the item and again, incorrect size. Clearly matching numbers is rocket science to some. Not even wasting my time sending it back again.

I had a credit and it wouldn’t let me use it when I wanted to do COD for the remaining balance. My credit card doesn’t work on the Superbalist site so it was very frustrating. I finally found something that was slightly less than my credit so I could use it.

I have ordered so many things, and then get told I’m being reimbursed because the stock was not available. I think you are in desperate need of an updated stock keeping platform, you shouldn’t be selling something if there is no stock. What’s the point then

Bought my husband shoes in November and he only wore them less than 5 times but now both pairs are torn,the return policy says we can return things damaged within 6 months of purchase but now the story is changing when making that return.highly disappointed.

If your system can track how much stock is left in the warehouse, then surely it would realize to stop advertising the product on the website when there is none. Instead of keeping it on sale for people to order, only for you to cancel the order afterwards.

I have contact superbalist, my parcel never got delivered, its gone, no one phone me on the day to say they were here, they said my neighbour took it, but he was away. I don't have my items, and no one can tell me what is going. I really want those items.

I ordered a shoe and thr wrong one was delivered. I requested a replacement and the same shoe was sent again. I give up.
Now I have a second return and possibly facing a cost for returning the product.

They cancelled my order without advising why it was cancelled - how you have an item available and then all of a sudden do not is beyond me - but then no proper email to say sorry we messed up - just refund me like I am supposed to know what is happening!

The sneaker were so dirty, for R1 700 what was the person packing thinking of when packing these really. I was so disappointed, disgusted and angry but unfortunately couldn't return them because its a struggle to get a nice sneaker in my size. Size 36/ 3.

Well remove things that have already sold out. I had an experience where I bought a male Factorie hoodie and in turn received a women’s cropped low quality hoodie. If the product is no longer available simply refund, don’t give us stuff we didn’t order.

Poor jewellery quality
The jewellery I received was not of good quality and definitely wasn’t worth the price. There were pieces breaking apart and I had a piece redelivered to me even though I said I wanted to return it.
The service, however, was quite quick and seamless.

Perfume Tampered
Good day. I am very disappointed in my previous order. It was the Rihanna Kiss perfume. It came with no plastic over the perfume box, looks like it was tampered with, the box was damaged. Never buying from you again. I wish I could get my money back.
