I like the fact that Superbalist really cater for the plussize woman. All too often plussize clothing are outdated, frumpy and just not nice. We also struggle with trendy styles, things are nit true to size etc but Superbalist has really delivered 70% of the time so far. There is a lot they can improve on since the South African market has a lot of potential for plussize woman.
Another BIG issue is finding boots for people with big calves. I have big calves and have to buy my boots from the UK cause NOWHERE in SA I can find them. Otherwise I have to take them to someone who then adds a piece of leather so they can fit me. I bought a pair from the Butterfly label (my fav because the shoes are always so comfortable) and they fit beautiful till I have to zip it closed. I have always been disappointed with knee hight boots in South Africa.

Delivery was late. Seems like it was only attended to once I contacted you guys to complain.
Then I was told that one of my items was not available even though the app showed that it was.
You guys sent me a 20% discount which was not much less than the discount I would have received on the dress and now the dress in my size is sold out.
Very bad service. This has happened before and I've overlooked it but this problem doesn't seem to be addressed. I've also noticed other customers complaining about the same thing. So not impressed

My order was cancelled because driver called me once and couldn’t get hold of me , obviously it’s during the day I am at work and won’t always be able to answer my phone. I took the initiative to call back so that we can reschedule delivery and it was still very early.

My experience was bad. I’ve been a loyal customer for Superbalist but when it comes to this order i was very disappointed. When I received the parcel I’ve been waiting for I realised it is incorrect item when i try to do an exchange the system did not allow me to do so.

Extremely poor service. I ordered on Superbalist and they cancelled my order after a week. Their reason was they tried reaching me and were not able to so they cancelled the order yet I had no communication from them regarding this. I was not happy with their service.

The incorrect courier was scheduled to make the delivery as the parcel size was too big for that courier - This caused a delay in the delivery as a different courier need to be scheduled to handle the parcel size - A very amateur logistics era for a renowned retailer!

Delivery came in earlier than expected but I've got a problem with the returns I've logged for it 3 weeks back but they keep on scheduling i don't know the reason for that and i don't even think that they will come because they scheduled again for tomorrow's pick up.

I urgently needed a tshirt for the next day, I ordered on Superbalist the night before for the next day delivery. I was so relieved, only to have my order cancelled the next day with no information, and you cant get hold of a person to speak to. Very frustrating.

You cater for small people. Not many options available in size 11 shoes… Every pair I wanted had up to a size 7 shoe… I had to settle for something I didn’t really want. I will rather go to a mall than shop on here and I hate people and malls… so that says a lot.

Please don't promote a sale, let me pay for an item and then apologize for not having it in stock. Bad planning and should be kept in top of if sales are going to happen. Very disappointed and sad niece who won't be getting the hoots she wanted for her birthday.

There is a problem!
And it’s very inconvenient having to exchange things because that involves both a collection (of the return) and a delivery (of the new, still incorrect) item.

I bought a Roberto Cavalli Signature Eau De Parfum - 50ml for my wife and I was not impressed with the quality of the product. The scent was not great and didn’t last, it was as if I bought an EDT.
Also it was spilling from the sides of the pressing mechanism.

I purchased coffee table and my order my processed, days later received an email stating that Superbalist was processing my refund, I enguired why and I was told that the stock was not available whereas the coffee table is available on the Superbalist website.

A little underwhelmed with the faux olive tree I ordered, for the price I expected it to be a bit longer. It's nice, makes the room brighter, just the length for me. had to have the dress altered by the bust as it came off tight and I did order my usual size.

Refunding customers without their request
If the product is out of stock remove it from the website or if the price has changed on an item update it, don’t come with excuses of “inventory error” then go ahead and refund us without us having to request a refund. That’s a low blow, it’s a slap in a face

Shopping Experience
The interface and co-ordination of the online experience is great.
The delivery is smooth and effortless. The ranges and sizes are limited for medium and small sizes. The same range is always on sale, need a few more brands to improve your shopping experience.

Horrible experience, stock error messages
How can you have shoes on sale and then once delivery should occur there is a “stock error message”. There is 5 people that I know of that this has also happend too, all use other apps now and they recommended other sites and will never use Superbalist again.
