I like the fact that Superbalist really cater for the plussize woman. All too often plussize clothing are outdated, frumpy and just not nice. We also struggle with trendy styles, things are nit true to size etc but Superbalist has really delivered 70% of the time so far. There is a lot they can improve on since the South African market has a lot of potential for plussize woman.
Another BIG issue is finding boots for people with big calves. I have big calves and have to buy my boots from the UK cause NOWHERE in SA I can find them. Otherwise I have to take them to someone who then adds a piece of leather so they can fit me. I bought a pair from the Butterfly label (my fav because the shoes are always so comfortable) and they fit beautiful till I have to zip it closed. I have always been disappointed with knee hight boots in South Africa.

Delivery was late. Seems like it was only attended to once I contacted you guys to complain.
Then I was told that one of my items was not available even though the app showed that it was.
You guys sent me a 20% discount which was not much less than the discount I would have received on the dress and now the dress in my size is sold out.
Very bad service. This has happened before and I've overlooked it but this problem doesn't seem to be addressed. I've also noticed other customers complaining about the same thing. So not impressed

I find that superbalist’s customer service is great.
However, they usually only have very limited sizes (and extremely low stock on those they have) and I have received the wrong item a few times - wrong size in a children’s h&m top and now completely wrong size and item in right box.

Not enough size 3
I like the efficiency of superbalist and how quickly they work but im not happy about sizing. There is never sneakers or trainers in my size and that's really frustrating. Being on the waitlist for such a long time, knowing I'm not gonna get my size. Please do better for female size 3

I ordered a size 7 all star and got a box written size 7 outside but inside it there was size 8 shoes. I couldn’t even log a return because size 7 was not available anymore and I can’t log a return/exchange without choosing the correct size that I wanted which was no longer available

A Week ago Superbalist damaged my order and just not delivered it, they then rescheduled the delivery to deliver yesterday, they did not come... the courier eventually arrived just now with only 1 chair. Your contact number also does not work.

One item I ordered was never delivered. I lodged a complaint on 30/11/2023 to this day 11/12/2023 NO ONE has replied to my emails, picked up the phone after numerous calls or been in contact with me whatsoever about my missing item or refund. NEVER ORDERING FROM SUPERBALIST AGAIN!

Used to be amazing but was very disappointed with my recent experience. I called to find out if my order was being dispatched the day before it was expected to arrive because I knew that I would usually get an update. Was assured it was coming. It was only delivered 5 days later.

I ordered shoes and the order somehow got the size wrong. I picked it up right away and notified them. But it could not be changed and the order had to first be canceled, then a refund given, and then I had to reorder my shoes at the different size.

Never received my order
I was supposed to receive my package on Monday 25 Mar. I received an email that my parcel had been delivered but I never received it, I didn’t even have a driver call me to arrange the delivery. I have put in various complaints and it is still not resolved. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

Poor quality of shoes
Hello.
I recently bought sandals at Superbalist and the sole is already coming off, the top part of the shoe is also cracking. I’m not happy about the quality of the shoes because it hasn’t even been 3 months since the shoes were bought.
I’m an unhappy customer at this time.

Wasn’t impressed with sneakers I got which was so dirty from someone who fitted them on.
The size also was very faulty and I don’t think that it’s fair for you guys to send a dirty shoe to a customer with worn out packaging considering the full amount I had paid for the shoes!

Recieved wrong items
Two times I’ve ordered items and received the wrong item then when I return it I’m told the one that I wanted is sold out. I can’t really trust Superbalist anymore. I had given shopping on Superbalist a break for a few months and when I came back the same thing happened again.

Poor quality items
The items took long time to be delivered. The customer service consultant was rude. Then when the clothes arrived, the sizes were off and the jacket was stained. The shoe was poor quality. The sizes were off according to the size guide but the quality of the clothing was bad.

Failed service delivery
Ordered an item, upon arrival the style was terrible so I logged a return. The courier company wasn’t able to collect, so I asked that he reschedule. He didn’t, and I have tried to log another request for return and it was declined. I am now stuck with an item I can never use.

You can expand your "normal" collection to include more plus sized numbers. Alternatively improve the styles of your plus sizes to be more modern (pattern and styles) ... You have very little stylish clothes for plus girls. Most of the things available is slouchy and formless.

Superbalist is very careless with orders. The incorrect orders are sent continuously with no improvements on service.
There is no regard for the customer and the customer has to be constantly inconvenienced. The help desk is even worse with both response times and solutions.

Two items were not available due to a stock error. 1 long sleeved top that I ordered was not received - instead I received a short sleeved top - also a stock error. The dress and pants I ordered fits me so that's good. I have logged a return for the incorrect item received.

Not a fan of your customer service
The lack of humanness and personal touch from your customer service staff. They respond via standard responses regardless of what you ask. It’s frustrating. They even eventually stop responding altogether. And leave you speaking into the void like you’re mad. It’s quite sad.

One of my items was removed after I paid and waiting for delivery. Yes I was refunded but it was a bit disappointing because I was waiting in expectation only to be told item is removed. The other one is a bit small but I'm just reluctant to go through the returning process
