I like the fact that Superbalist really cater for the plussize woman. All too often plussize clothing are outdated, frumpy and just not nice. We also struggle with trendy styles, things are nit true to size etc but Superbalist has really delivered 70% of the time so far. There is a lot they can improve on since the South African market has a lot of potential for plussize woman.
Another BIG issue is finding boots for people with big calves. I have big calves and have to buy my boots from the UK cause NOWHERE in SA I can find them. Otherwise I have to take them to someone who then adds a piece of leather so they can fit me. I bought a pair from the Butterfly label (my fav because the shoes are always so comfortable) and they fit beautiful till I have to zip it closed. I have always been disappointed with knee hight boots in South Africa.

Delivery was late. Seems like it was only attended to once I contacted you guys to complain.
Then I was told that one of my items was not available even though the app showed that it was.
You guys sent me a 20% discount which was not much less than the discount I would have received on the dress and now the dress in my size is sold out.
Very bad service. This has happened before and I've overlooked it but this problem doesn't seem to be addressed. I've also noticed other customers complaining about the same thing. So not impressed

Disappointed.
I’ve ordered n gold Fossil watch in time for my daughters birthday. Superbalist invoiced a gold Fossil but send a silver Fossil. The exchange process takes 5-10 days. The exchange watch would not have been in time for her birthday. I’ve changed it to a refund and received the refund within a week.

My order was not delivered on the next day as per selected option, and customer service was speedy at all. Parcel was opened when received, returning the parcel is also a nightmare as the system updated to “return failed” status for no reason. I had to call in to make other collection arrangements

I ordered sandals on the 29/12 in the app it was scheduled for delivery on the 03 but to my surprise I got an sms on the 30/12 that they try to contact me for my delivery try to reschedule but I didn’t allow me on the 3rd i got notification that my order was cancelled which i don’t understand why

Bought goods and they delivered something completely different.
Then i ordered my shoes next thing order is cancelled and money reversed, when i called i was told that they out of stock but there shoe is still available even now, two weeks later!

The longest delivery of stuff in stock?!!!
The delivery took so long I forgot I ordered stuff. This was also the first order I’ve placed in over a year and I get the slowest delivery I’ve ever had. I ordered products on Amazon US on the same day and my international package arrived before my Superbalist order. How is that even possible!?

My order was suppose to delivered on the 30 and now its then7th of a new month and I was told the driver was hijacked . How are they hijacked when they park inside the police station because we don't get our order infront of our doors we have have to walk for an hour to get to the police station

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The person who delivered my package is the worst human on earth. He forced me to drive to him to get it and he didn’t even greet me. When I got where he was, he wasn’t even there! Had to call him multiple times, he was rude. Worst shopping experience of my life.

It was my first time ordering from Superbalist and I was very excited to receive my order. My order was late (which I understand happens), but on top of that I only received 1 of the 4 items I ordered due to an inventory error. Needless to say, I was very disappointed when I received my parcel.

Incorrect Products received
Twice I have been sent the incorrect product to what I have ordered due to Superbalist being out of stock. They don’t contact you to advise you or refund you they simply place a strange product in the box for delivery. You then have to hassle to return it as well as get your money refunded.

My personal experience
My order got messed up twice to the point where I did not want the item anymore. The first time is was a quality issue the second time the size was wrong. I ordered a size 6 and got a size 7/8
I would just say double check items before packaging them. It caused a major inconvenience to me.

inventory issue and incorrect shoes delivered.
In one order i had one pair of shoes cancelled due to an inventory issue yet online they were still available in my size. And when the rest of the order was delivered a second pair of shoes was incorrect, it was a different shape and colour to what I ordered. Two mistakes in only one order.

Your returns services need a good looking at. I recently returned an order through the app. The item was not collected despite me receiving a collection message. No body showed up at my selected location that day. I still have my item with me. I like superbalist so please fix this problem!

The quality for plus sizes can be greatly improved. You don't need to wear "fat'' styled clothing that does not have a nice shape. Look at the American black people, they have such funky clothes. You do get it right, but very rarely. Also genuine leather boots and shoes sees very minimal.

As per image of my order, the running tights have a zip at the back. This is exactly what I want as I am a runner and can put my car keys and mobile inside the pocket. When I received my item - no pocket with zip at the back. I was so sad as this has never happened to me with Superbalist.

Poor service for the first time
You are normally excellent but on my last order, half of the order was missing and there was one thing I didn't order. It has been almost a week and I am still missing the goods and have no clarity on a refund or your sending them again or what is happening. Please have someone call me.
