I like the fact that Superbalist really cater for the plussize woman. All too often plussize clothing are outdated, frumpy and just not nice. We also struggle with trendy styles, things are nit true to size etc but Superbalist has really delivered 70% of the time so far. There is a lot they can improve on since the South African market has a lot of potential for plussize woman.
Another BIG issue is finding boots for people with big calves. I have big calves and have to buy my boots from the UK cause NOWHERE in SA I can find them. Otherwise I have to take them to someone who then adds a piece of leather so they can fit me. I bought a pair from the Butterfly label (my fav because the shoes are always so comfortable) and they fit beautiful till I have to zip it closed. I have always been disappointed with knee hight boots in South Africa.

Delivery was late. Seems like it was only attended to once I contacted you guys to complain.
Then I was told that one of my items was not available even though the app showed that it was.
You guys sent me a 20% discount which was not much less than the discount I would have received on the dress and now the dress in my size is sold out.
Very bad service. This has happened before and I've overlooked it but this problem doesn't seem to be addressed. I've also noticed other customers complaining about the same thing. So not impressed

My order was delayed by 4 days with no communication made.
No effort was made to address my concerns regarding a rescheduled delivery and a new contact person to receive my order on my behalf. My order was then cancelled by Superbalist in the end and the customer service provided was poor uncoordinated and inefficient

Always brilliant, reliable, excellent I would say. Only 3 stars instead of 5 as the variety of women’s summer tops for the younger 50’s women, all either crop tops for youngsters, T shirts, grandma tops or evening wear but NOTHING special any longer. Reference is regarding summer tops, all the rest is brilliant.

Return Policy is horrible
I bought shoes and they were small, I then requested for an exchange to a different size. Again the shoes didn't fit, this time they were big and when I tried to exchange again my order didn't qualify for a return nor an exchange because I exchange once. Now I'm sitting with shoes that I can not wear. My R1000 gone

2 pairs of butterfly feet. The espadrilles on the inside the stitching isnt hidden so when you wear it u can feel the stitching rubbing again your feet and the pump is a mistake and looks nothing like the pics on the app. I should have just returned it. I hope butterfly feet arent dropping their quality standards

I just received a message that my money would be returned with no further explanation and when i enquired only then i was told my order had been cancelled because of an inventory error. This a bad customer service.
You need to improve your communication with clients and make sure what you advertise is available.

I returned a product and was held accountable and told that it was worn when the item arrived at my doorstep in a sub standard condition. I sent it back because the shoe didn’t suit my foot. I have no history of returning used products, why would I start doing it now?

This is the second time that I had a big item delivered and the delivery person insists on a signature but won’t open the item. “ I’m just the delivery man” he shouted at the top of his voice -

Return / Refund Problems
The initial order I made was fine. The items arrived on time in perfect condition. I returned one of the items only to have the exact same thing resent to me again. It has still not been collected a second time and I'm awaiting a refund which cannot be processed until the item is collected. Over a week now.

My order was sent to wrong courier facility after that there was no communication from superbalist I called one agent said she was gonna enquire that never happened I called again atleast the second agent gave me a direction of what was happening but I had to wait for another week before receiving my order.

The order took about 10 days to be delivered and it was only after I followed up that the order started to be updated, it's as if the order was forgotten or lost on the system. In addition the hood part of the order looked nothing like the picture.

I placed an order of home accessories, based on the delivery date I waited and waited also ultimately delaying my 8 hour trip to take the items I had purchased. We eventually left without the items I had carefully chosen. When they did arrive I no longer needed it as I had to make alternative arrangements.

The size was too big and had to exchange it. They were supposed to deliver by Thursday. Somehow they just looked at the street address and not area and sent it to the wrong branch. The item was needed for the weekend and that meant it had to go for reprocessing and will only be delivered the following week

Your warehouse staff need to ensure they pack the correct orders.
I received an incorrect order and your customer service was pathetic.
I needed the outfit for a function and no one could assist me in getting my correct order back to me on time. None of the supervisors or managers wanted to chat to me.

Some of the brands are poor quality at max prices - the photos make the garments seem spectacular, but in reality the quality is shocking (at those prices) I recently paid R899 for a coat that felt like I was fitting plastic.
Let's be honest with H&M and Cotton on at least you know what you are getting.

I love superbalist and the order itself was great, no issues. I was really disappointed to see the recent blatant copying of local designers beach cult and cara saven (clothes and exact print placement). I definitely would make me heist to purchase from you again especially a small business owner myself

Customer care is poorly managed and the people there conduct themselves as if they own the place and nobody can tell them nothing. You cannot reason with them at all, they are not patient at all, very arrogant people. The clothes are amazing, delivery always on time and I will continue because of that.

Wrong size received twice
Twice I was sent the wrong size I ended up having to return and ask for a refund. Waiting 2 weeks to get work pants and ended up not getting work pants. I ordered a uk size 10 which is still available on the app btw and twice I received a uk 8. Very annoying considering I wanted to wear the pants asap.

Incorrect delivery twice
I’ve ordered the same piece of furniture twice in the last month and both times the incorrect piece of furniture has arrived. Still waiting to receive the piece I ordered. Telephones don’t get answered and no reply to email. I hate to leave a bad review but the other lines of communication have failed.

I had selected an incorrect delivery/collection address and as soon I realised, not even 3minutes had passed since completing my order called to rectify. And this wasn’t possible. Pretty sure this is something that should be able to be done within a reasonable timeframe after an order has been placed.
