I like the fact that Superbalist really cater for the plussize woman. All too often plussize clothing are outdated, frumpy and just not nice. We also struggle with trendy styles, things are nit true to size etc but Superbalist has really delivered 70% of the time so far. There is a lot they can improve on since the South African market has a lot of potential for plussize woman. Another BIG issue is finding boots for people with big calves. I have big calves and have to buy my boots from the UK cause NOWHERE in SA I can find them. Otherwise I have to take them to someone who then adds a piece of leather so they can fit me. I bought a pair from the Butterfly label (my fav because the shoes are always so comfortable) and they fit beautiful till I have to zip it closed. I have always been disappointed with knee hight boots in South Africa.

Delivery was late. Seems like it was only attended to once I contacted you guys to complain. Then I was told that one of my items was not available even though the app showed that it was. You guys sent me a 20% discount which was not much less than the discount I would have received on the dress and now the dress in my size is sold out. Very bad service. This has happened before and I've overlooked it but this problem doesn't seem to be addressed. I've also noticed other customers complaining about the same thing. So not impressed

My latest experience has been bad!

My latest experience has been the worst! I made an order and some items were not there, when they eventually had to be delivered after being assisted by an agent, the item was out of stock. My mini paint pad came missing the brush and I’ve been waiting forever for an exchange. The delivery period has passed. I am sooooo disappointed by the service lately

Shopping on this platform was ok, delivery time should be improved as well the availability of the items sold. Items that are sold out shouldn’t reflect as it gives the idea the item still available. Lake of proper housekeeping leading to dirty or soiled, stained clothes from warehouse Other than that there is always room to improve customer service.

Your delivery partners are your downfall. They schedule collections for returns on different dates than indicated on superbalist email. To reschedule, you have only the option to call them, jump through verification hoops, get a new date secured, then they still dont stick to that date. I am currently on my 4th date awaiting a return to be collected.

The item I purchased was on special I was charged full price, I sent a screen shot showing the item was still on special, however they said specials are time sensitive. Every single day I check the special is still on and no credit is forthcoming. I am so very disappointed. The item is not worth R6000 each. I have received no assistance.

Won’t buy here again

Besides new shoes looking like this, my order took 2 weeks for delivery. To resolve a simple delete my old card info which took several emails back and forth, when the agent could of just done it when my request was sent. To the sale item being cancelled from my order due to an “inventory” issue but it’s still in stock at a higher price.

Bad quality/dirty packaging

Order 21958330 was received with product packaging dirty and one box not closed and damaged. This happened previously with order 19645832. The Skoon brand will be disappointed with this representation of their brand as nothing about the packaging was "Skoon". Please improve your packaging/hygiene. These products would not sell on a shelve.

Firstly the app had the shoe size available.my orser arrived without the shoe.i did not recieve an email stating the shoe was nt available only after my call to customer service i was told so and the funds was put into my wallet.funny bit the shoe size always showed available.i had to re order it again a few days later n still pay more.

I keep getting sent the wrong item, I ordered “ Plus Super Soft Relaxed Slim Pant - Ballet Slipper Mave Ditsy” and was sent “ Plus Super Soft V Front Pant- Ballet Slipper Mave Ditsy” please can you send me an email or call me to advise me on what to do next, i am not going to order the item again just to be sent the wrong item again.

Communication needs improvement

Between placing an order and a delivery confirmation theres not much communication. Saying you will collect a return before 5pm is not specific enough, one cannot be home the whole day waiting for Superbalist to collect. Rather call in the morning of the collection and make arrangements for either a morning or afternoon collection.

Dishonest advertising (no sizes on the 100% linen pillow cases and the duvet came with a non Std South Africans pillow case size). King size arrived instead of standard size. Packaging torn. Terrible service. No follow up. No proper communication. Staff don’t read the emails properly. Still no resolution a week later.

Not good enough service had to wait for my parcel for so long and one item was cancelled without my knowledge and I just decided to cancel the whole order after delivery kept been moved and moved and after I managed to cancel it I got an email saying they couldn’t reach me hence my delivery was cancelled the nerve and the lies sies

if an item is sold out, please remove it so I won't be able to add it to the cart. I added an item to my cart, paid for it only for me to receive an email that I'll be getting a refund because that item is sold out. I then had to wait 5 days for my refund which became an inconvenience because I could not make another purchase.

The wrong shoes were delivered and there was so way to report this other than just return the shoes and although I was refunded the shoes I ordered were then out of stock. Also I ordered a second pair of shoes and there was an inventory error and my order was cancelled even though when I checked online they were still available?

Logged ticket with customer service and was told items would be delivered on a certain date - Items were not delivered, requested feedback - was told items would be delivered on certain date - items were not delivered again, requested update - items was then only delivered.

By Far One Of The Slowest Delivery That I Have Ever Received And For My Area To Not Be Covered By Next Day Delivery Is Really Bad I Placed My Order Amd My Items Came Literally The Week Of Eid Only For 1 Of My Items To Be Way To Big And I Couldn't Return It Becahse Than My Next Size Wouldn't Come In Time , Really Disappointed

I am so disappointed. I ordered a bean bag on sale, Superbalist agreed that they had stock and took my money. Only for me to find out later that they don't have stock. When I wanted to reorder the item it was full price again? Such bad practice. How can I trust anything I buy now if this is the way they handle their stock?

Unimpressed

Most businesses have incorporated some sort of points system that converts to rands.. Unfortunately this is not the case with Superbalist. Superbalist needs to get on par with incentive shopping and modernize their marketing strategies .. I could teach them some marketing strategies that would keep customers coming back.

replying to clients on time,your staff avoids emails from clients they made them delay on purpose to avoid interaction ,for instance i got emails that were sent while they were on duty around awkward hours,please look into this,also it's hard to get hold of you on the phone,u are transfered from department to department .

I've had 2 orders that I've paid for and confirmed just yo receive an email a couple of days later saying the item I've ordered is out of stock, I still get a refund and curtesy options but it's still alil sad that this keeps happening. But otherwise I would've rated it a 5 star for quality, variety and amazing service.

Bad service

I placed my orders that the 26th of April. My order marked as delivered but I never received it. I followed up only to be told my order was damaged and another order was placed. This took another week to be delivered. No one bothered to contact me to advise me of the delay. I’m not impressed with the service I received.
