I like the fact that Superbalist really cater for the plussize woman. All too often plussize clothing are outdated, frumpy and just not nice. We also struggle with trendy styles, things are nit true to size etc but Superbalist has really delivered 70% of the time so far. There is a lot they can improve on since the South African market has a lot of potential for plussize woman.
Another BIG issue is finding boots for people with big calves. I have big calves and have to buy my boots from the UK cause NOWHERE in SA I can find them. Otherwise I have to take them to someone who then adds a piece of leather so they can fit me. I bought a pair from the Butterfly label (my fav because the shoes are always so comfortable) and they fit beautiful till I have to zip it closed. I have always been disappointed with knee hight boots in South Africa.

Delivery was late. Seems like it was only attended to once I contacted you guys to complain.
Then I was told that one of my items was not available even though the app showed that it was.
You guys sent me a 20% discount which was not much less than the discount I would have received on the dress and now the dress in my size is sold out.
Very bad service. This has happened before and I've overlooked it but this problem doesn't seem to be addressed. I've also noticed other customers complaining about the same thing. So not impressed

Driver told me to walk to the police station even though i was told it will be delivered to my door. Told him i was busy at the moment and it’s a bit far can he wait maybe 20 mins he hung up. I tried to call him back didn’t pick up after about 3 calls he finally pictured up I told him I’m coming he said okay he’s turning around. Had to drop everything and go there

Communication could be better
The email said the whole order was delivered when in fact only one item (the couch) was actually delivered. Because this was not communicated to me I panicked that some of my order was lost or stolen. I could not get any feedback as to what happened to the rest of my order for 2 days. I did not receive any notification that the rest of the order was still coming.

Didn't received what I ordered. And after explaining my issue with your complaints department they just said it is what it is here is a voucher but the item that was cancelled would have been cheaper than the voucher given if received as order. The item went on sale and could not use the coupon . So still no solution
But yeah wil never ever order from you again.

Poor delivery service
I ordered an item two weeks ago from Superbalist and it has been 7 days past the agreed delivery date and my order still has not yet arrived. They did not try to reach out to me to tell about what is happening with my order in any way. I had to reach out to them to enquire about the status of my order for them to respond and give me feedback about my order.

Fair service with a concern
I like my shopping experience with Superbalist.
My only concern is that I noticed when placing an order with 1 or two units remaining I am never guaranteed to get my purchased unit, it would seem I am in a raffle with a few people to get my purchase which is very wrong. I was going to place my concern on social media to see if others are experiencing the same.

You took my laptop instead of the slippers that were supposed to be returned and have admitted that your warehouse has my laptop but you refuse to provide feedback or an update on when my laptop will be returned. It has been 2 week of me begging and following up and no one responds to emails. Just the same story about waiting for feedback from the warehouse,

Delivered the wrong shoes. It was a completely different order to what I had asked for. The whole process was a nightmare to return, after having to deal with an arrogant and rude delivery driver to get the shoes to begin with and then the disappointment of not even getting what I ordered. I returned the incorrect order and still got charged for the return.

I have always receive good service from Superbalist however recently when i logged a return, the person replying to my email did not understand my query and stopped replying to me and i had to make a call to the contact centre for an answer and grateful my query was resolved. Kindly upskill your concierge email staff to avoid these encounters in future. Thx

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers and only 1 pair arrived. On the app it shows both pairs were delivered which is incorrect. I then liased with a consultant via email on 21/12 but to date I’ve had no feedback on the order. It’s my first time ordering and I’m very disappointed. I just want an update if I’ll be refunded or if the sneaker will still be delivered?

Not very nice.
Fast delivery always a plus, but refunding my money with out any proper notification that the item I bought and paid for was "no longer available" after waiting over a week just for my order to be processed.
Then being refunded and seeing the same item available the next day, in the size I ordered, but no longer the sale price I originally bought it for.

You can't change your delivery address unless you cancel your order. I say for SO long trying to get a hold of the customer support team via phone call. Terrible customer service and not user friendly. I can't be the only person who has made a mistake with my delivery address. Give users the option to change their address before it goes out for delivery.

Placed an order for a size UK 4 and received an infant size 10. Made contact via the online form as well as telephone. No response received and I ended up logging a return because the size was no longer available. Very disappointed with the service after shopping with you for years. Not sure at this point in time, if I want to continue shopping with you.

I received a "first time customer R250 discount voucher" AFTER placing my first order, and was then told I can no longer use it! The Converse All Stars I purchased are also not true quality to original All Stars, which questions the authenticity of of the products you are selling, and yet you are selling them at the same price as Converse online store...

My latest experience has been bad!
My latest experience has been the worst! I made an order and some items were not there, when they eventually had to be delivered after being assisted by an agent, the item was out of stock. My mini paint pad came missing the brush and I’ve been waiting forever for an exchange. The delivery period has passed. I am sooooo disappointed by the service lately

Shopping on this platform was ok, delivery time should be improved as well the availability of the items sold. Items that are sold out shouldn’t reflect as it gives the idea the item still available. Lake of proper housekeeping leading to dirty or soiled, stained clothes from warehouse Other than that there is always room to improve customer service.

Your delivery partners are your downfall. They schedule collections for returns on different dates than indicated on superbalist email. To reschedule, you have only the option to call them, jump through verification hoops, get a new date secured, then they still dont stick to that date. I am currently on my 4th date awaiting a return to be collected.

The item I purchased was on special I was charged full price, I sent a screen shot showing the item was still on special, however they said specials are time sensitive. Every single day I check the special is still on and no credit is forthcoming.
I am so very disappointed. The item is not worth R6000 each.
I have received no assistance.

Won’t buy here again
Besides new shoes looking like this, my order took 2 weeks for delivery. To resolve a simple delete my old card info which took several emails back and forth, when the agent could of just done it when my request was sent.
To the sale item being cancelled from my order due to an “inventory” issue but it’s still in stock at a higher price.

Bad quality/dirty packaging
Order 21958330 was received with product packaging dirty and one box not closed and damaged. This happened previously with order 19645832. The Skoon brand will be disappointed with this representation of their brand as nothing about the packaging was "Skoon". Please improve your packaging/hygiene. These products would not sell on a shelve.

Firstly the app had the shoe size available.my orser arrived without the shoe.i did not recieve an email stating the shoe was nt available only after my call to customer service i was told so and the funds was put into my wallet.funny bit the shoe size always showed available.i had to re order it again a few days later n still pay more.
