I like the fact that Superbalist really cater for the plussize woman. All too often plussize clothing are outdated, frumpy and just not nice. We also struggle with trendy styles, things are nit true to size etc but Superbalist has really delivered 70% of the time so far. There is a lot they can improve on since the South African market has a lot of potential for plussize woman.
Another BIG issue is finding boots for people with big calves. I have big calves and have to buy my boots from the UK cause NOWHERE in SA I can find them. Otherwise I have to take them to someone who then adds a piece of leather so they can fit me. I bought a pair from the Butterfly label (my fav because the shoes are always so comfortable) and they fit beautiful till I have to zip it closed. I have always been disappointed with knee hight boots in South Africa.

Delivery was late. Seems like it was only attended to once I contacted you guys to complain.
Then I was told that one of my items was not available even though the app showed that it was.
You guys sent me a 20% discount which was not much less than the discount I would have received on the dress and now the dress in my size is sold out.
Very bad service. This has happened before and I've overlooked it but this problem doesn't seem to be addressed. I've also noticed other customers complaining about the same thing. So not impressed

2nd: you gave me a 40% off voucher for this and i could not find the same items:-(
3rd: i used the 40% off voucher but again could only use it on items i could not actually get 40%
4th: when i ordered you cancelled 1 of my items again

Collection scheduled but not attempted. Parcel left with complex guards as were out. No one came to collect but received a message saying collection attempted but could not be done. Not attempt was made - not the first time this has happened when I think drivers realize they won’t complete all scheduled collections.

I have never dealt with such a shit company before. You didn’t even try to deliver my orders, when I send things for refunding you denying having them and don’t refund me, and no matter how many times I contact you I cannot get anyone to help me.
I will use ANYONE but you in future.

I'm disappointed as I haven't received two of my refunds since last week. I contact your customer care and no one picks up. Unless one opts for a refund to the wallet it doesn't seem one gets their refund.
I have purchased several times at Supeebalist but I must say I am disappointed this time around!

Worst service ever! Arranged a collection for a pair of flip flops that didn’t fit. Over a week later and I’m still waiting for a credit and you’ve come to collect the same pair of flip flops five times since it was initially collected more then a week ago! Sort your systems out and refund me my money!

I ordered frames in natural wood, material “wood”, made in Germany. What I received as plastic vinyl frames made in China. Poor quality and poorly made with glue sticking out and chips in the plastic. I unfortunately didn’t have the time to argue or replace them as I needed them for an exhibition.

Very poor. The promotional code was not applied to all items that were meant to be discounted and two duplicate bag colours were sent, not the colours ordered.
Second time promotional codes have not been applied correctly to the basket. Watch out that you are being charged correctly!

Product was lost in delivery. Was told a REPLACEMENT would be arranged but instead was given an unrequested refund into my superbalist wallet not even into my bank account. Was contacted every third day and phone was not answered. Very unhappy with the customer care I received.

Its either they cancel your order without your knowledge or your order get is not delivered on time due to one excuse or the other or you wait weeks to be later told what you ordered is out of stock. Very unreliable and to think I have been buying from them for years...

The first time I downloaded the app, I wasn't able to reset my password. I was spammed for days by emailers. I then realised it was probably a fraudulent app and uninstalled it.
I then eventually rather went online as opposed to using the app.

I was sent a dirty yoga mat, which I returned for an exchange. Then they delivered the exact same dirty mat as the exchange. It is suede and cannot be washed without damaging it. I am not happy with my first purchase through Superbalist.

Poor fit, silly design. I’m always a medium and this was too small. The cross back design is also really inconvenient bc its difficult to fasten clasp at the back and it doesn’t have a simple stretch to just pull over your head.
