Order came quicly, and we got the correct parts at a good price. However I am not satisfied with the shipment. I ordered delivery to our business, but it was handled as a private package with delivery outside of office hours. That was very anoying as the order then tok several extra days before arriving at a pick up place.

Ordered a thermostat for a combifridge by Ikea/whirlpool. The thermostat should fit according to the model and type number. When it arrived and I tried installing it, it didn't fit as it was physically completely different. As shown by the attached picture of the light bulb holder part of the package. The picture shows the old and the new part. I contacted customer service. The response time was extremely slow. It ended up in me not being able to return the product. I enquired about another product that would fit. Fix Parts gave me a link to a product. I communicated to them that the product picture was identical to the part I had received that did not fit. Customer service claimed the new part would fit. Thus I ordered the new part. When it arrived, it was in fact identical to the first one and thus did not fit. Customer service has so far not responded to my latest claim to have them refund my purchase and cover my return transport costs, it has been several days since my request. I would urge people to not use Fix Parts. If something goes wrong, they don't step up for the customer even when they are at clear fault.

Blei skuffet då jeg mottok pakken fra Dere. Jeg bestilte og betalte for ett helt skjærehode , jfr. bilde som fulgte med bestillingen, til min barbermaskin. Men det jeg fikk var tre kniver til skjærehodet. Så jeg mener at leveransen ikke svarte til det jeg bestllte og forventet. Med vennlig hilsen Leif E. Heggen

Fikk feil vare, måtte betale retur helt til Italia!!! Dette er for dårlig. FixPart Norge bør være mottaker for retur i Norge, så sender de den videre til leverandør. Sikkert greit om du får det du bestiller, om ikke så begynner pengene og trille!! Blir artig og se om jeg får pengene igjen..

I bought some stands for my Samsung TV and forgot to you the 10% discount on checkout and paid the full price. Next day I emailed customer service to request if I could the 10% discount from my ordered refunded since I forgot to use the coupon and they said no. I was very disappointed.

Kjøpte slange som nettsiden sa passet maskinen min. Det gjorde den ikke, viser seg at det er en feil med nettsiden som gjorde at den foreslo den slangen. Kundeservice ønsker ikke "refundere bestillingen i sin helhet", slik pass-garantien lover: https://fixpart.no/kompatibilitetsgaranti

Terrible service from Fedex. Tried to deliver during the day while I was at work. Heard no more from them and contacted them. I had to pick up the package myself at the shipping center. It then turned out that the package was to be sent to Oslo after only one delivery attempt

Utrolig dårlig service, bestiller pakke som blir da levert i en butikk i en hel annen bydel jeg bor et godt stykke unna. Sender e-post som de ikke kan svare helt på mitt spørsmål om hjelp. Hvorfor betaler man nesten 100kr for levering som du må da kjøre 20 min for å hente?

høre på kunder når de forteller at deler ikke passer, har tatt bilder som tydelig viser at delene ikke passer min Kenwood kjøkkenmaskin, likevel ønsker dere video,har en mann som er mekaniker og flink med maskiner og verktøy som har hjulpet meg å finne ut at de ikke passer

OBS! Pumpen kommer med to ekstra utløp som må plugges. Dobbelsjekk om du kan bruke denne pumpen. Jeg måtte plugge to ekstra utløp og montere for å bruke vaskemaskin igjen, men dumt at det ikke fremkommer info at det er to typer til denne maskinen. Håper pluggene holder!

Fixpart does not know how to mount the parts they sell. They can send detailed parts inventory lists, but cant advice on how to mount. Instead they refers to technicians. When I call a company with technicians they wont advice me until I buy part and labour from them.

I like that the part I ordered came at last and that it was as ordered. The shipment was delayed two times and it took a month to get it, thow it was promised 2-5 days when i ordered the part. Keep what you promise and if you can't; update the customer much better 👍

Jeg trengte en hel fot til TV-en. Sto ikke at det bare var en del av foten som ble solgt. Nå sitter jeg med en del jeg kanskje ikke får brukt for og har betalt masse for. Dessuten var det flere skader på den når jeg fikk den, så lite pen er den også..

Litt pågående men tilfreds

Litt pågående - ønske om å selge? Fornøyd med leveransen som er kjapp. Jeg har pr dd ikke mottatt refusjon av håndtak som ble feilbestilt i første omgang. Når dette beløpet(ca. kr. 900,-) tilbakeføres konto blir jeg godt tilfreds med handelen.

Vanvittig dyrt for 1 propp. Trodde virkelig at jeg skulle få et par. Det hadde vært svindyrt for et par til og med. Stod ikke spesifisert noen plass at det bare var pr stk. Jævlig skuffa, kommer ikke til å handle flere ganger hos fixpart.

Kjøpte lader hos dere som først ikke kom, tok kontakt etter 2 uker. Etter litt om og men så sendte dere ny. Denne laderen står at skal passe min philips trådløse støvsuger. Men jeg får bare opp feilkode på støvsugeren "feil adapter" ..

Etter å ha bestilt element, vart eg i tvil om da passa, sente mail te dykk. Svaret kom etter fleire dager, og bekrefta min antagelse. SENTE MAIL mm om at dåko måtte stoppe forsendelse, men ei…. No venter eg for 3dje dagen på retur

This was a disaster! 5 mounts from order to delivery!!! And the worst part was that I got NO information of the delays! I had to mail myself and ask about it. This is the worst customer support I have ever experienced! OMG🙄

Defect parts

Bestillte en ny pumpe til min Boach 8 serie. De anbefalte en uoriginal del, tro kopi, viste seg å lekke vann. Med andre ord defekt. Elendig. Eneste som får meg til å oppdatere denne klagen et at de returnerer pengene.

Because i took picture to coustomer center, and they told med to rder right product by link. When i got the product this was wrong. Then I had to pay for return of the product to again order a new correct product.

I ordered three related small products to a Bosch coffe-machine and they come in three separate deliveries at three differensiert days. Not at all as expected and not at all sustainable logistics. Never again.
