Better search for part numbers. Small typos fail to find parts. Especially stepper motors and related. Otherwise nice to get facts like dimensions, tolerance and physical specifications when browsing part.
The online shop has expanded and it is hard to find what you need. On top of that the chatbot is terrible! Because my preferred language is English, it kept linking me to the UK helpdesk.... We are not based in england but in the EU, England is not in the EU anymore so the guy could not help me. He kept trying link me back to an EU helpdesk through which i got disconnected without any answers.
We are a returning customer and previously we could just chat with our appointed contact person based in the same country. This worked great because they also knew our history

Your account profile is a joke.
No access to customer number
No access to order number
No automatic email confirmation with tracking number of the order
You may consider switching to Shopify or something that will get you the functionality of a modern e-commerce site.

Still waiting on the cables ordered over a week ago. Drop UPS as a shipping provider, this is my second time dealing with Igus and second time I have been left waiting with customers shouting. Never again, I'm going to stick with OEM parts.

Dear igus Customer! Your order from 24th of October had been shipped with UPS on 26th of October early morning. According to the UPS Tracking No. it has arrived on 01st of November. We will check with UPS why the shipment took longer than usual. Nonetheless my colleagues will give you a call today to discuss it in detail.

Give realistic deliver dates on your website / web shop.
Ship parts for Irish customer direct to Ireland from Europe and not through the UK which adds additional paperwork, delays and custom charges.
