The online shop has expanded and it is hard to find what you need. On top of that the chatbot is terrible! Because my preferred language is English, it kept linking me to the UK helpdesk.... We are not based in england but in the EU, England is not in the EU anymore so the guy could not help me. He kept trying link me back to an EU helpdesk through which i got disconnected without any answers.
We are a returning customer and previously we could just chat with our appointed contact person based in the same country. This worked great because they also knew our history
