I have been using the reward calendar for booking trips in the past - which is an extremely helpful tool. For about two months that tool is no longer available, which makes the process of booking online very tedious. A user needs to check each day and different airports for what they can afford. If you are booking for two people or more it becomes even more challenging. I have called AF, and have gotten a variety of responses. The last one, Andrea at AF said there was a”glitch” and clients and AF booking agents were never supposed to see the calendar of reward travel … rather both groups are supposed to search for flights day by day. The calendar only works for cash purchases. I said “WHAT?” I have been searching this way for a couple of years, and now the “glitch” was fixed by not allowing such a helpful tool to be removed?? Once I hung up, I checked award travel with my husband’s account and “Voila” it worked! However, after checking award travel a few times, it disappeared again. I have recommended people sign up for the AF flying blue program (2 people signed up for your credit card as a result) in the last year. I think you have a good program, however I am not understanding the contradictory responses from your employees and the removal of a very practical and useful trip planning tool, that has no downsides that I can see. Other airlines use such similar tools. It also frees up the phone lines if people can plan their trips online. I suggest you rethink this or fix the new “glitch” if it was unintended.

Dear Air France Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with your airline. I am a frequent business class passenger, and I have always chosen Air France for its reputed excellence in service. However, on my most recent flight, I encountered several issues that have compelled me to inform you of my dissatisfaction. Firstly, there was a lack of competence displayed by the airport personnel and authorities. Despite booking a business class ticket, I was surprised to learn that there was no provision for business class passengers' transportation. This is highly unprofessional and not in line with the level of service that I have come to expect from Air France. Moreover, the wait that ensued was unacceptable. After being informed that there would be no separate transportation, I was made to wait in a bus for over 20 minutes until it was full of passengers. This unnecessary delay caused inconvenience and discomfort to all passengers involved. Additionally, once we finally reached the plane, we were forced to wait an additional 15 minutes inside the bus before being allowed to board. Such delays only serve to tarnish Air France's reputation and detract from the overall customer experience. It is my earnest request that Air France takes swift action to rectify these issues with the airport personnel and authorities. Measures need to be put in place to ensure the smooth and efficient transportation of passengers, especially those in business class. This will not only improve the airline's reputation but also demonstrate a commitment to providing a superior level of service. I trust that Air France, being a reputed and esteemed airline, will take this complaint seriously and address the shortcomings I have raised. I hope that my feedback will contribute to the ongoing effort to enhance the overall passenger experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The site stops working after so many minutes while actively searching for flights. I will have to log off and wait at least 15 minutes to log back in and continue searching for flights and doing my comparisons. It gets super annoying!

I finally l got it done but I thought the layers I had to go through since it kept asking me to log in and did not want to trust it was me. I wanted to use a coupon but it would not let me use it or give a reason why it was invalid

SMS notifications is not available and my password is not working. The site tells me to check my email for identity confirmation, but I never receive the emails. I checked my spam folder and nothing is there from Air France either!

Promo rewards. Ease of booking and payment process. Possible improvement for changes to bookings made with miles: allow online cancelling and paying the 50 Euros fee. We should not have to call a French phone number from the USA !

Account name change

Needed my account name changed to match my passport and used website to request the update. It was done very quickly (a matter in f hours) and I received an email advising me of same. Website is easy to navigate & designed well.

Flight was cancelled and rebooking was accomplished automatically except from a totally different airport - the reason for cancellation was not provided and should definitely have bern disclosed - no weather problem it appeared.

The website was easy to use and helpful to me as one exploring my options. Once decided, it was easy to book a flight. I was even easily able to obtain a refund on a flight I decided not to take within 24 hours of my booking it.

Best mileage redemptions out there

Always a great experience flying with Air France and they have some of the cheapest redemptions from the US to Europe -- especially for business class flights. Flying Blue is quickly becoming my favorite frequent flyer program.

Booking online from the US was very…easy and simple to follow.

Booking online from the US was very easy ! Very happy about the new non stop route from Phoenix to Paris. Also happy to be able to choose my seat online right away rather than have to wait until a date closer to departure.

The plane & staff were very clean and professional.

The plane and staff were very clean, professional and on time. The bag drop check-in girl spoke almost no english, so she could not tell me about my extra bag fee that I paid for online, but did not receive 20% discount on.

Very difficult online experience, in ordering online tickets. The PAY link went nowhere. The Chat robot was apparently taking a break. Altogether, I spent several hours over two days, simply to make payment for my booking.

I used my mileage to book one Premium Economy class for my mom to come from Taiwan to SFO, but the ticket showed the class is Economy.But I chose "Premium Economy" and didn't get any alert that this class was not available

It took many attempts to try and log into my profile. The system kept saying an email would be sent to have a link in order to set up a new password. I still do not have that email, therefore can not change my password.

Frustration when booking

I originally was booking the same flight not being logged into my account and I was offered for $85 more the duo seating option and then once I logged in the option was gone. I would have liked to upgrade to those seats.

The Air France crew is always very cordial and tries to satisfy passengers as much as possible. Maybe the business cabin seats should be improved. On my last 2 trips to Paris my seat collapsed and was very uncomfortable.

Reasonable price for refundable ticket

I love that Air France sells a fully refundable ticket for $100 more. Thank you!!!!!!! That is why I chose Air France over other airlines. I will use the ticket unless I can’t, so I appreciate the trust from the company

I don't like no air lines anymore due to the game's you guys play . Shoows cheaper price, than you guys start adding all the extras and make price higher. Only reason I am flying is we don't want to fly boeing flights.

The staff has always been extremely helpful on board and off. The airport, especially charles de gaule is usually very disorganized and a frustrating part of the voyage. Long waits in security and at passport control.
