I have been using the reward calendar for booking trips in the past - which is an extremely helpful tool. For about two months that tool is no longer available, which makes the process of booking online very tedious. A user needs to check each day and different airports for what they can afford. If you are booking for two people or more it becomes even more challenging. I have called AF, and have gotten a variety of responses. The last one, Andrea at AF said there was a”glitch” and clients and AF booking agents were never supposed to see the calendar of reward travel … rather both groups are supposed to search for flights day by day. The calendar only works for cash purchases. I said “WHAT?” I have been searching this way for a couple of years, and now the “glitch” was fixed by not allowing such a helpful tool to be removed?? Once I hung up, I checked award travel with my husband’s account and “Voila” it worked! However, after checking award travel a few times, it disappeared again. I have recommended people sign up for the AF flying blue program (2 people signed up for your credit card as a result) in the last year. I think you have a good program, however I am not understanding the contradictory responses from your employees and the removal of a very practical and useful trip planning tool, that has no downsides that I can see. Other airlines use such similar tools. It also frees up the phone lines if people can plan their trips online. I suggest you rethink this or fix the new “glitch” if it was unintended.

Dear Air France Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with your airline. I am a frequent business class passenger, and I have always chosen Air France for its reputed excellence in service. However, on my most recent flight, I encountered several issues that have compelled me to inform you of my dissatisfaction. Firstly, there was a lack of competence displayed by the airport personnel and authorities. Despite booking a business class ticket, I was surprised to learn that there was no provision for business class passengers' transportation. This is highly unprofessional and not in line with the level of service that I have come to expect from Air France. Moreover, the wait that ensued was unacceptable. After being informed that there would be no separate transportation, I was made to wait in a bus for over 20 minutes until it was full of passengers. This unnecessary delay caused inconvenience and discomfort to all passengers involved. Additionally, once we finally reached the plane, we were forced to wait an additional 15 minutes inside the bus before being allowed to board. Such delays only serve to tarnish Air France's reputation and detract from the overall customer experience. It is my earnest request that Air France takes swift action to rectify these issues with the airport personnel and authorities. Measures need to be put in place to ensure the smooth and efficient transportation of passengers, especially those in business class. This will not only improve the airline's reputation but also demonstrate a commitment to providing a superior level of service. I trust that Air France, being a reputed and esteemed airline, will take this complaint seriously and address the shortcomings I have raised. I hope that my feedback will contribute to the ongoing effort to enhance the overall passenger experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I usually fly with AirFrance and their partners. I would like to bring to your attention a glitch in your computer application with KLM and AIRFRANCE. When comparing dates and prices there is a possibility to change the date by the arrow key back proceeding date or front right future dates the glitch happens when one has pre chosen a specific date. Yesterday I was checking prices and arrowed to an earlier date the page reloads with the same price as the date initially chosen therefore confusing the client and misleading their travel choice. As the page reloaded, I was under the impression that the price indicated was correct, as the page went to the choose class and moved on to the choose return and I procceded to hold the price with the option to have a little more time to think. When I recieved the recap the date was not the date that I had choosen. This happened on both Air France and KLM. I suggest your WEB team look into this glich because it is misleading and dissapointing. Otherwise I am a great fan of Air France and fly with you when ever I travel..

Flying air France since about 2004

The person who checked me at ORD (Chicago airport) was very professional and took care of everything in excellent way. She ordered the wheelchair for me while I was at her desk. She took all necessary things at the check-in. Flight crew was excellent. I do have issue with your staff at Morocco Casablanca airport Morocco airport too. On my way to ORD Man who checked me in at Casablanca Morocco airport, was very unprofessional and rude. He was shouting at me for no reason. And I went to Casablanca city office sep 19, 2024, around 11 am, the man in the office refuse to help me pay for the tickets to CLT (USA) from Casablanca Morocco. He was very rude. Asked me to take a picture of a paper posted outside the office and asked me to call the phone number on it . Very unprofessional.

website is so easy

it was so easy to book and to change my flight using their website. I tried looking for flights on the usual group and discount sites but they require so much info and are a pain to view. I decided to just go on AirFrance for an upcoming international trip as I had flown them before. It was easy to book, the rates were below and inline with the average trip costs. I found the next day I had to change my departing flight. It was no problem and super easy. I just did it on the website by creating a login. They actually gave a credit voucher for the change as the new ticket was slightly less. I don't know what other airline lets you change economy flights with no fees.

Something went wrong with my first booking attempt. I was charged for my seat selection and received a confirmation number. I entered the confirmation number online but it was not recognized. I found it impossible to find your customer service number on your website so did separate internet search to find it. My situation was not solvable without speaking to a human. I was told my confirmation number had been cancelled. Very high marks for your customer service rep. My call was answered quickly and seat charges were refunded. Fortunately I rebooked online immediately and so will in Paris soon after all

I took me three tries to make a reservation/pay for the ticket. Then I had to call back to request wheel chair because I could not make it on the web page. Not a good experience. In desperation I called Air France for assistance there was no help coming. In one seating the longer it took my try to pay for the ticket the price kept climbing higher! Who’s fault is that mine, I do not think so. Seat selection also a problem, on the return flight I could not reserve a seat because the return flight is operated by Delta. So I have to take my chances at the airport. Not good!

It’s to early in the morning Very hard to get at the airport, no public transport available It’s creating more CO2 pollution than if you schedule a flight from Waw Chopin airport after 10:00am so more people can you train or buses, it’s impossible to be at the airport before 5am using trains or buses, also Waw Chopin airport in the morning has over 20 flight so airport is so crowded… I prefer to fly after 12 pm so I NY I can be after 6:00 pm that’s why all that traffic I can avoid,

Dynamic pricing of tickets evident even from one minute to the next. A $4.3k ticket went to $4.6k when I started the search over again. Mobile/email verification is very slow, the seating selection is glitchy (asked me twice for the same flights, and shows the seats I had selected seconds before as unavailable, so for all I know, I have 2 seats for each person per flight). The user interface on the website is not intuitive.

I liked being able to find flights in a category where the things I want are included in the ticket price-- checked bag, meal, change a booking, and seating choice. On other airlines' websites, I had to add these as separate options and pay a lot of money; the final cost of them added hundreds of dollars to the ticket price. The flight selection process was easy to navigate and understand.

Good Experience

Pros: The overall ease to navigate and book the ticket. Cons: The issue was that I started a previous booking and never ended because I changes the departure date. They kept 2 reservations for a while before the extra one was cancelled. One request for the future: Please keep the departure flights the same for every day, it is confusing when each day has different flight time. Thank you

It was easy to buy my ticket and easy to sign up for the mileage plan, but the prices were high and the check-in suitcase was too expensive! The extras weren’t very clear. Even though I have bought the checkin baggage and I have gotten a receipt, my ticket shows 0 check in bags! I hope this doesn’t cause any issues at the airport!

I am taking a return flight from USA to India. There are multiple segments to this flight. Your ticketing options only allow me to upgrade the entire journey each way. It should allow me to upgrade individual segments like Paris to Cincinnati only for example rather than the full return flight from Mumbai to Paris to Cincinnati

Competent and friendly service. My wife and I have flown AF Business Class from Miami to Paris on to Marseille (round-trip) and knew the most convenient flights. We were able to book the same flights as done in the past without difficulty and completed all relevant detail without any problems.

Why Doesn't My Data Stay in your questions?

It took me easily a dozen tries to input the information you needed so I can board my flights. I can't explain this. And fields that I filled out for one questionnaire should have been filled out in every other questionnaire. As my wife said, "It's like they don't want us to fly with them."

When I enter a search for multi-city, sometimes it actually shows results for a roundtrip flight and I have to start the search over. I have made multiple reservations over the past couple of weeks and in general found the site very frustrating but in general, the site is okay.

Booking was excellent, they start charging for meals, that’s not nice, vegetarian Hindu cost $ 22 , I may not book with Air France , all the years I been travelling, never paid for flights to India. I don’t think you can help in this matter????

I was able to have a Blue program help me with two reservations.

I was able to have a Blue program representative check two important parts of my reservations, one I made online and one my travel agent made. They were important details and the customer service person was able to handle them right away.
