Unfortunately ups soured my good experience with my knife. They advised me of delivery at the pickup point until end of the day 29/8……they tried to deliver it at 19.37 and of course the shop was closed. To be delivered next working day, they said. 30/8 saw that they wouldn’t deliver it to the shop (they said they had phoned and the parcel was rejected ……a blatant lie as the shop was closed for lunch when they phoned. I phoned on opening hours to the pickup point and they confirmed that all ups parcels are accepted. I then phoned ups to know what the problem was…….2 hours later I got a message & email saying I could collect it. All’s well that end’s well but I could do without the hassle.

Listen chaps, if you really want to offer a 5 Star service you have a ways to go. You can get a good measure of a company according to how they respond when there is a problem. I received a knife that was very definitely poorly crafted so i returned the knife the very same day. You received the returned knife last and I have still not received a refund!! Moreover, i have telephoned you to make a product inquiry and sent two emails and again have received no response. So i have ordered the knife elsewhere. Finally, as an avid knife collector i almost never buy knives from you anymore because you seem to be at least 20% overpriced relative to recommended prices, and your competition. Overall, pretty poor effort. Best of luck for staying in business.

You tell me guys.

First of all, being accurate or not lying when providing product description. Make it accurate and avoiding FAKE specs such as knife origin; China instead of US. This is not serious and very little trustworthy. Then, being smart and understanding customer context when asking for information through email. Last but not least, adding an appropiate package (a bigger one), avoiding to send a crumpled CAP. Hope this helps.

Product description on the webpage was wrong. The knife model is right but the steel was different from announced. You should pay more attention at these things. At this time I was disappointed.

you can improve by asking what i think about the product by waiting till i actually get the product... hard to talk about knife characteristics while it's in the mail right?
