Listen chaps, if you really want to offer a 5 Star service you have a ways to go. You can get a good measure of a company according to how they respond when there is a problem. I received a knife that was very definitely poorly crafted so i returned the knife the very same day. You received the returned knife last and I have still not received a refund!!
Moreover, i have telephoned you to make a product inquiry and sent two emails and again have received no response. So i have ordered the knife elsewhere.
Finally, as an avid knife collector i almost never buy knives from you anymore because you seem to be at least 20% overpriced relative to recommended prices, and your competition.
Overall, pretty poor effort. Best of luck for staying in business.
