Unfortunately ups soured my good experience with my knife. They advised me of delivery at the pickup point until end of the day 29/8……they tried to deliver it at 19.37 and of course the shop was closed. To be delivered next working day, they said. 30/8 saw that they wouldn’t deliver it to the shop (they said they had phoned and the parcel was rejected ……a blatant lie as the shop was closed for lunch when they phoned. I phoned on opening hours to the pickup point and they confirmed that all ups parcels are accepted. I then phoned ups to know what the problem was…….2 hours later I got a message & email saying I could collect it.
All’s well that end’s well but I could do without the hassle.

Listen chaps, if you really want to offer a 5 Star service you have a ways to go. You can get a good measure of a company according to how they respond when there is a problem. I received a knife that was very definitely poorly crafted so i returned the knife the very same day. You received the returned knife last and I have still not received a refund!!
Moreover, i have telephoned you to make a product inquiry and sent two emails and again have received no response. So i have ordered the knife elsewhere.
Finally, as an avid knife collector i almost never buy knives from you anymore because you seem to be at least 20% overpriced relative to recommended prices, and your competition.
Overall, pretty poor effort. Best of luck for staying in business.

The knives are excetional without a…
The knives are exceptional without a dought, and the delivery was fast.
there was however an issue: the packaging seemed low quality, and when I opened the package one of the knives was even sticking out (it's a good thing I noticed and didn't cut myself), this shows that the handling of the package was too rough and that the packaging did not keep the knives in place, which can cause them to scrape one another, potentially damaging them before they even arive ..

Website is full of useful info
The website is full of useful information about the products, how to use them, what are the most suitable for each kind of work and experience level, everything is explained nicely. I bought a nice tool, it arrived quickly, well packaged with instructions.
The search engine could be improved regarding the tips, I mostly find the useful information searching on google and jumping into the website, if I search the same thing on the embedded search engine I dont find it.

Good but could be better
Hi,
I am in general satisfied with Knivesandtools service and their response but what could be better is in store stock/delivery time credibity!
If +- 3days delivery time changes to 6 months or more than this is in my book, not acceptable.
Othewise many good knives in store.

Victorinox stands for quality ass does Knives and Tools, the knife looks and feels great. The box came a little dented and crushed, but this does not affect the knife. Made a little adjustment so I can deep carry it in my front pocket, using the Ulti-clip.

European stores are expensive in general. I read about US prices and weep.
Beside that Knivesandtools offers a vast selection of knives, accessories and maintenance products.
Shipping with DHL is rather fast and delivery goes through without problems
