I don't think the service provided by Kelly's an really be bettered, but the same cannot be said of their delivery service, DHL. They sent an e-mail saying that the delivery would be made at a certain time on Wednesday. Nothing arrived, not was there any apology. The following day I received another e-mail telling me the delivery would be made between certain times. Again nothing arrived. The delivery was finally made some two hours after the time originally stated. There was, of course, no apology.

Too many thihngs i want are always out of stock. Because of thevery hit shipping costs, I have to limit how often I can shop. I understand the need to charge for shipping, but I order from other countries also ans have never paid a shipping charge this high.
