I needed to buy a new catflap that can read my cat's chip as the old Sureflap stopped working and couldn't get repaired. My search on the Internet showed me a special promotion for a brown Sureflap with a serious reduction on the price. I had to decide fast as it was a temporary promotion, something I don't really like (I consider it a ver pushy selling technique) but since I knew exactly what I needed and I was going to buy it anyway, I decided to go ahead even though I didn't know the shop. I feared it might take some time to deliver as the product had to come from Sweden down to Italy on a mountain top and there was the Ferragosto holiday in between, so I was really amazed how fast I got the package! I ordered it on 12/08 and it was delivered by the post today, the 20/08!
I can recommend this shop!
When I was placing order the website claimed that the product is available and will be shipped at the latest within two days. After three days of waiting nothing had happened but I got an email from customer service stating that the product is not available and the new batch will arrive after four days. The order was shipped one day later after their informed new batch arrival date - so it was shipped eight days after placing the order. Now, 12 days after ordering I still haven't got it and customer support is not willing to give any compensation. I had to buy food for my dog from another place since it was not delivered in reasonable time even though I had calculated quite a lot of "error marginal" for the delivery time. Wouldn't be a big issue If the food was just ordinary stuff but on this case it's special veterinary diet food which is not widely available and I had to go a long way to get it from brick and mortar pet store.

Avoid! Waste of time
Avoid! Ordered 15th Nov, nothing shipped out,messaged, turns out one item not in stock.. Will be 23rd, waited, delayed again til 28th asked to send separate they said no. Asked to cancel the delayed item, they said klarna sorts the refunds and I have to ask them.
Waited weeks for the sent items, tracking with postnord not working, nothing arrived told to wait til 12th Dec and they will help. 12th Dec I asked to resend but with dhl, they refused and said refund only an will take further 5 days. Waste of time! Avoid this awful company

No news so far, object not received, no answer to my request
I already know well the product I have ordered, so its quality is not the question. But I should have received it many days ago, I did not received anything, and I have no answer to the request I sent in order to know what was the situation. Thus, I am not satisfied with the service. And it is all the more a problem that I leave this place in two days so that I will not be able to use the object for my dog while I needed it.

ni le remboursement j’ai du contacter ma banque pour le remboursement
j’ai repassé commande et si j’ai rien je ferai pareil on véra
si je reçois rient mon avis sera très négatif et je ferai une grosse pub sur mes site

mais du faite que il on pas effectué le premier remboursement je doute
de leurs sérieux
