En Europa es la mejor tienda donde he comprado. La atención post-venta es de lo mejor, están pendiente de solucionar y responder lo antes posible cualquier inconveniente que se tenga y constantemente mandan mail para saber si algo más requiere. Lo digo por experiencia propia. Confío en esta tienda y es mi favorita. Compro con envío a Chile y Austria y todo llega muy bien embalado. Además tienen todo las marcas y productos favoritos que me gustan.

Bad experience When I booked the order it showed the watches were available and will ship in 1-3 days. After the 4th day I contacted the store and they tell me that the watches are no available and they are no clear when they would be available. This is not a good way to do business.

The best in the business...

The good people at r2-bike are the best in the business. I live in New Zealand and whenever I need a component I check their website first. After doing business with them for several years, there's no doubt that the crew at r2-bike are totally on top of their game. Have a look at their website and you'll see what I mean. Highly recommended, and a big shout-out to Manuela in Customer Support for being so good at what she does. Cheers.

Muy buena relación calidad precio. Producto tal y como se especificaba, envío rápido y perfectamente embalado. Les descubrí por casualidad hace ya unos años. Tienen productos que son difíciles de encontrar en España sobretodo a un precio razonable. Lo único que se diferencia respecto al comercio en España es que tienen gastos de envío independientemente del importe del pedido. Compro en otras webs europeas y en práctica habitual.

Na encomenda que fiz havia alguns produtos que não estavam disponíveis para envio imediato, tinham data de entrega estimada, ao longo do período de espera fui sendo informado periodicamente do estado da encomenda, acabou por chegar mais cedo do que inicialmente previsto. De realçar, o suporte técnico nas resposta rápidas e eficazes relativamente a questões colocadas a cerca de compatibilidade e adequação de produtos.

Entrega a España en lo que indican . compré un miércoles y martes tenía el pedido en casa, productos todos correctos. Considero que los precios de los portes son algos elevados y tendrían que ir en relación con el pedido, no me parece muy bien que se pague lo mismo por un pedido de 50€ que por uno de 140€ por poner un ejemplo.

I have purchased from r2-bike a few times already and it have been hassle free each time. The shipping charges are acceptable and clear. Prices of the items I have purchased are very competitive, recently bought the Sram GX Transmission and items came on time and in good working , plus the prices I have purchase in very good compare to what I have to pay in my own country

La co ubicación es excelente, todos son muy amables y siempre buscan la mejor manera de satisfacer al comprador, aún en las situaciones más insólitas. Compro desde Chile y todo llega muy bien empacando y protegido. Y por supuesto, la mejor variedad de productos (incluso algunos que solo ahí he encontrado), aún precio muchas veces inmejorable. 1.the price of the parts is the same as on other sites but the transport fee is cheap compared to other b24, BC or bike discount 2.the short delivery time is very good !!! 3.DHL moves very well, the package arrives quickly 4.there are reduced parts with a small discount, which is what matters 5.I am a satisfied customer, that's why I order pieces every week

I particularly like the following: a) Very wide variety of components, spare parts and tools. b) competitive pricing. c) the possibility to request fast shipment. Regarding areas of improvement: The packaging could be stronger, i.e. the boxes. I have received boxes that have been damaged during shipment.

Fast, reliable, unique…

Super fast delivery, even when items I ordered were not in stock I still got everything in less than a week. And I love how everything is weighted by themselves and that they have a filter so you can sort items by weight… so far very unique, don’t know about any sites that do that. Very satisfied with them

Package damaged, items intact

Fast and clear communication, fast order processing and delivery. However, perhaps a stronger material could be considered for the packaging, the cardboard box was partially broken, but luckily all the products were safe and intact because the products were properly protected using a filler.

What's Not to Love

I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience buying bike parts from R2-Bike. Their prices were unbeatable. They shipped my items quickly and everything arrived in good shape. The customs paperwork was spot on. I would happily place another order should the opportunity arise.

Great service, good prices, fast shipping

An online store I can recommend. The prices are good, the shipping is done the same day or at most the following day. Could benefit from a threshold for free shipping in the EU, but there are more expensive options. Emails are answered in the 24h time on weekdays. Very satisfied!

My go to site for upgrade and replacement parts for my bike.

Items bought are priced competitively than from other sellers. Bought several sets of magura brakes and fidlock bottles from them to install on all my bikes as well as other cycling related items. Will not hesitate to recommend to my friends.

With this purchase all was perfect, dispatch was nearly immediate. Overall, when sometimes one product is missing and we wait for deliry of it, you can check with customer whether we prefer to wait or maybe to cancell this part of order.

Impeccable experience

Never had any issues. Unlike other online shops, has a DHL Express delivery option - very convenient when a spare part is needed urgently and you don’t live in Germany. Otherwise, delivery to my country takes at least two weeks.

Best experience

The selection and pricing may not be the best, but good discounts are given regularly and their shipping fee is the lowest. Also it’s the only reputable online bike shop that offers express shipping. Never had a single issue.

I’ve been shopping with R2-bike for a while now, never had a problem and the process from order to shipping seems to be pretty fast. At one point I had to return an item (ordered it wrong), and that went pretty smooth too.
