An order I placed is suddenly much delayed because one of the items is not in stock and takes way longer to restock. This results in the complete order being delayed or I'd have to pay extra for separate shipments. It annoys me that I'm simply notified that's way it is; I don't think that's how you should treat a customer that pays in advance for a service a company says to deliver. The responsibility and 'pressure' for handling the situation should be on the party that's being paid. I understand how the world works, that R2's hands are tied, that there's small print and that I can always cancel if I feel like it, but all this shifts responsibility to the customer. I haven't had time yet, but I'll be canceling my order shortly and order from another supplier.

This order hasn't been shipped yet because of an out of stock item. At the time of ordering it stated "1-3 days delay", something that I was ok with. However, today is 7 days later and r2-bike have no idea when it will be available, the customer service confirms that.

There weren't clear indication of stock of the items as a result big delays is delivery time.

Price for the item I want to buy is higher than if purchased I Norway

I'm glad you have the components on the scale. Great component store for me, almost everything in stock, good job :-) Maybe include nutritional supplements, for example vitamins, minerals.
