All questions are professionally answered in a timely manner. All items ordered are in stock. No items are ever missing. Never a delay in dispatch. If ordered on a Monday its always delivered in Austria by Friday. I wish they had a Wishlist facility on their website.

Website easy to navigate and the is s big range of product to choose from. In general packaging is very good, complete and secure. However, delivery can be slow from the time the goods are processed on DHL side.
