I recently had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I returned a rod over two weeks ago due to a faulty tip, expecting a replacement. Instead of receiving a new rod, I got the exact same one back, which still has the same issue. I feel that my concerns have not been taken seriously, and I’m quite dissatisfied with how this situation has been handled. I was hoping for better service and a resolution to my problem. I would appreciate a proper explanation or some form of compensation, either from the shop or from Trusted Shops. I hope this doesn’t happen to others in the future. I have all the emails documenting the poor customer service and the difficulties I faced in getting a replacement, only to receive the same faulty rod in the end.
