By now, I have placed a couple orders with Growjungle. The first time, a plant was missing, for which I was refunded after contacting the company and providing them the proper evidence (Here's my advice to always document your unboxings). Took us a couple of weeks of exchanging messages, but everything went smoothly. The present and second time, a plant did not arrive in the best of conditions. I already contacted the company and received a message comunicating they would be looking into replacing it. Given the costumer service provided, I am rating the company highly.
Ich empfinde diesen Pflanzen Shop als unprofessionell, da allein nur die Versendung der Pflanzen über eine Woche dauert und wenn man die Bestellung vor der Versendung stornieren möchte, werden E-Mails gekonnt ignoriert und man bekommt erst eine Antwort, nachdem die Pflanzen schon verschickt wurden. Nun bin ich im Urlaub mit meiner Frau und das Paket mit den Pflanzen wurde irgendwo abgegeben, liegt irgendwo rum bis wir aus dem Urlaub zurück sind. Klar ist dass die Pflanzen bis zu unserer Ankunft Sterben werden. Darauf das ich auf mein Recht der Stornierung innerhalb zwei Wochen bestehe wird ebenfalls nicht reagiert. Es ist sehr schade denn eigentlich wollte ich stornieren und eine neue Bestellung aufgeben zu einem Zeitpunkt an dem wir auch zu Hause sind, um die Pflanzen zu empfangen können. Durch diese Negative Erfahrung war das meine erste und letzte Bestellung bei GrowJungle. Paypal wurde informiert und es wurde ein Käuferschutzfall eröffnet.

Best decision
It would have been nice, for the order to be processed faster, but a couple of days later and I was deeply in love with my monstera thai second chance, these was the best money invested so far in 2024, and only one of the leaves has a little brown spot. Thank you growjungle!!!!

Great packaging, quick delivery and beautiful and healthy plants. Finally an online shop that uses product images on it’s website that reflect what you will receive. I am very satisfied and would definitely order again.

Plants look like trash never again
Plant arrived a week later. Plant has only half leaves and all of them are Brown. Worthless plants never again!!! Waste of money!!!

satisfied, but plant had thrips
the plant came really nicely packaged and protected. it was from a "second chance" sale, and while i do understand that such plants come with some degree of damage (which this plant had, and i have no problems with it), but what i do not approve is the fact the plant came with a thrips infestation, and visible thrips damage on the leaves. live thrips were observable crawling on the main stem. other than that, it is a very nice, big plant with healthy roots, and the thrips will be dealt with accordingly. therefore, because it was discounted, it's still a good deal if you know how to recognize and treat thrips. 3/5.

I was satisfied with the plants I ordered however one of the Aglonema pictum tricolour was infested with mealy bugs.
