By now, I have placed a couple orders with Growjungle. The first time, a plant was missing, for which I was refunded after contacting the company and providing them the proper evidence (Here's my advice to always document your unboxings). Took us a couple of weeks of exchanging messages, but everything went smoothly. The present and second time, a plant did not arrive in the best of conditions. I already contacted the company and received a message comunicating they would be looking into replacing it. Given the costumer service provided, I am rating the company highly.
Ich empfinde diesen Pflanzen Shop als unprofessionell, da allein nur die Versendung der Pflanzen über eine Woche dauert und wenn man die Bestellung vor der Versendung stornieren möchte, werden E-Mails gekonnt ignoriert und man bekommt erst eine Antwort, nachdem die Pflanzen schon verschickt wurden. Nun bin ich im Urlaub mit meiner Frau und das Paket mit den Pflanzen wurde irgendwo abgegeben, liegt irgendwo rum bis wir aus dem Urlaub zurück sind. Klar ist dass die Pflanzen bis zu unserer Ankunft Sterben werden. Darauf das ich auf mein Recht der Stornierung innerhalb zwei Wochen bestehe wird ebenfalls nicht reagiert. Es ist sehr schade denn eigentlich wollte ich stornieren und eine neue Bestellung aufgeben zu einem Zeitpunkt an dem wir auch zu Hause sind, um die Pflanzen zu empfangen können. Durch diese Negative Erfahrung war das meine erste und letzte Bestellung bei GrowJungle. Paypal wurde informiert und es wurde ein Käuferschutzfall eröffnet.
Die Pflanzen die ich bestellt habe, waren bis jetzt alle in Ordnung. Allerdings hat ein Teil meiner Bestellung gefehlt, auch wenn es keine Pflanze war enttäuscht es mich, da ich nirgendwo eine Antwort auf meine Mail bekomme.

Did not refund the amount for price matching as promised. I chose to pick up but the plants were eventually delivered by DPD. Plants came with many mealybugs.

Monstera Thai Mutation has spider notes which have spread over my all plants. How can you sell plants with insects, I don’t get git.

Missing plants and no replies
Missing plant and very few and late replies to my emails.
I placed a second order to replace the plant (my mistake I guess?), after almost two weeks nothing but the order confirmation, no prossessing info, no shipping update... It's getting weird. It's a shame because the plants that do arrive are usually lovely and big. I hope they can sort themselves out soon.

Helaas ben ik teleurgesteld. De planten waren bijna dood, de aarde uitgedroogd. Syngonium podophyllum variegata zeer schlecht geworteld ik heb de plant weer in de bewortelingsmiddel gezet De planten waren ook niet zo echt zorgvoelig voor de verzending verpakt, het kan beter. De verzending was ook beetje traag, vind ik. Ik vind echt jammer omdat de winkel geeft wel mooie assortiment maar ...

Hoya order was realy not great
I ordered 7 pots of Hoya from this shop and i was mosty dissapointed with what i recived. A bunch of the vines where broken, new leafes ripped and they were overall smaller than the used pictures would lead you to think. One of the Plants has wired damage to the leafs that looks like that plant might not survive. On one plant I even found a mealy bug. I will not order from this shop again.

Plants- I have mixed reviews here. I made three purchases and out of this 10% survived.
Pacakging- poor. The plants are not watered enough. When they arrive the plants are completely dry and not salvageable
Communication- no response on watsapp, Instagram or to emails
