By now, I have placed a couple orders with Growjungle. The first time, a plant was missing, for which I was refunded after contacting the company and providing them the proper evidence (Here's my advice to always document your unboxings). Took us a couple of weeks of exchanging messages, but everything went smoothly. The present and second time, a plant did not arrive in the best of conditions. I already contacted the company and received a message comunicating they would be looking into replacing it. Given the costumer service provided, I am rating the company highly.
