By now, I have placed a couple orders with Growjungle. The first time, a plant was missing, for which I was refunded after contacting the company and providing them the proper evidence (Here's my advice to always document your unboxings). Took us a couple of weeks of exchanging messages, but everything went smoothly. The present and second time, a plant did not arrive in the best of conditions. I already contacted the company and received a message comunicating they would be looking into replacing it. Given the costumer service provided, I am rating the company highly.

Ich empfinde diesen Pflanzen Shop als unprofessionell, da allein nur die Versendung der Pflanzen über eine Woche dauert und wenn man die Bestellung vor der Versendung stornieren möchte, werden E-Mails gekonnt ignoriert und man bekommt erst eine Antwort, nachdem die Pflanzen schon verschickt wurden. Nun bin ich im Urlaub mit meiner Frau und das Paket mit den Pflanzen wurde irgendwo abgegeben, liegt irgendwo rum bis wir aus dem Urlaub zurück sind. Klar ist dass die Pflanzen bis zu unserer Ankunft Sterben werden. Darauf das ich auf mein Recht der Stornierung innerhalb zwei Wochen bestehe wird ebenfalls nicht reagiert. Es ist sehr schade denn eigentlich wollte ich stornieren und eine neue Bestellung aufgeben zu einem Zeitpunkt an dem wir auch zu Hause sind, um die Pflanzen zu empfangen können. Durch diese Negative Erfahrung war das meine erste und letzte Bestellung bei GrowJungle. Paypal wurde informiert und es wurde ein Käuferschutzfall eröffnet.

Order not received.
I received my order has been shipped email on the 20th May. To date I have not received my order (previous orders normally take a maximum of 5 days to be delivered). I have followed up with Grow Jungle 4 times via direct message on Instagram, email and WhatsApp politely requesting that they send me the tracking details. I have received no response. I have ordered from them numerous times before and always had good communication with them (pre-order not post-order). I don't understand companies who feel it is ok to just ignore their customers. What a shame as I thought I had found a reliable seller.

Helaas ben ik teleurgesteld. De planten waren bijna dood, de aarde uitgedroogd. Syngonium podophyllum variegata zeer schlecht geworteld ik heb de plant weer in de bewortelingsmiddel gezet De planten waren ook niet zo echt zorgvoelig voor de verzending verpakt, het kan beter. De verzending was ook beetje traag, vind ik. Ik vind echt jammer omdat de winkel geeft wel mooie assortiment maar ...

Plantes très bien emballé. Juste le livreur qui a tourné le colis dans tous les sens...
J'ai eu peur et merci au vendeur avoir pris soins de bien mes protéger.
Commande passée un dimanche 5 novembre, le colis a été envoyé le lundi 13 novembre et je l'ai reçu le lendemain. Parfait.
Vu certains commentaires, j'avais peur de commander mais je ne regrette pas.
Je prévois déjà une autre commande.

I have made several orders and the plants always arrive in top shape, be it summer or winter. The shop offers a vast and diverse selection of plants, that gets regularly updated ,so you can always find something new.

Plants arrived in good condition and looked very similar to the photo on the website. The shipping took long because the store ships the plants only on Monday and I placed my order on Sunday. But that insures that the plants will not get stuck in a warehouse for a weekend, so it's fine :)

Le premier colis reçu était décevant , plantes petites, le nombre de plantes dans le pot ne correspondait pas au photos. La qualité était moyenne.
Mais la deuxième commande était parfaite. Plantes bien développées en parfaite santé, nombre exact ! J'étais vraiment ravi . A recommander

this is my third order from this shop. the plants were shipped monday, and arrived thursday morning to croatia. the package was undamaged, the plant very nicely protected, and the plant itself (florida beauty philodendron) was big and healthy. i will be ordering from this shop again.

Très déçue, plante de 2ème chance pas du tout similaire à la seule photo présentée + boîte d'engrais non protégée et ouverte ! Pas de cuillère-mesure fournie avec l'engrais. J'ai envoyé un mail pour savoir combien de grammes pour 10L d'eau, pas de réponse...Je ne recommanderai pas.

After a few problems with the delivery, the GrowJungle team quickly intervened to solve the problem. Everything was sorted out and the plants arrived safely, in a strong, well-protected box.

Die Pflanzen waren sehr gut für den Transport verpackt, eine Pflanze hätte vor der Reise vl einen kleinen Schluck mehr Wasser vertragen, sonst mit Allem sehr zufrieden!! Auch die second Chance Pflanze war besser als erwartet, siehe Foto.

Die beiden bestellten Pflanzen sind in einem super Zustand angekommen, waren sicher verpackt und hatten keinerlei Schäden durch den Transport. Ich kann Growjungle sehr empfehlen und werde ganz sicher wieder bestellen.

Gorgeous plants
