I’m not sure why you now send me requiring my comments over past orders. This years order, I’ve downgraded to one star following the response from the company, which stated if you want good bulbs order earlier, as at the end of the season they “not perfect”, which is an understatement. Sending smaller than advertised size bulbs, already damaged when packaged & not at the 80% discount they quoted me. Not recommended. You keep existing customers by being honest & no sending out rubbish.

I paid for home delivery. The courier didn’t even bother to try to deliver the parcel. I received an update to say the parcel was out for delivery, then at the end of the day another message to say they weren’t able to deliver it. We were at home! Then I received another message the next day to say the parcel was out for delivery but then it was taken to a pick up point. So my husband had to go and collect it! After he picked it up I received another message to say my package had been delivered. This was completely untrue because we had to make the additional journey to pick it up. What is the point of offering home delivery if I have to collect the package from a pick up point. I have had no issues with delivery before and this experience has been very disappointing.

Hi, ordered a lot of lily bulbs in sale, including 30 mixed 16-18 size double lilies, they supplied size 14-16, of which at least 50% had broken shoots, so won’t flower this year, assuming the bulb was big enough to flower anyway. Also many other bulbs had broken shoots. Not a good investment, not recommended

Not receive an order. by tracking information it's as delivered, seems for fake service.

Some of the bulbs were soft. Not great quality.

He comprado ya varias veces y salvo algun pequeño percance con alguna planta a raiz desnuda, en general ha sido plenamente satisfactoria la experiencia. En el ultimo pedido, ademas de que los bulbos han llegado en perfecto estado, con buen grosor/calibre, han tenido el detalle de poner alguno más de los que correspondian, lo cual siempre se agradece.

As I have said before, my only grumble, is that often the sections of rhizomes sent out on things like bearded irises is a bit on the small side and often it takes two years or more for these to get to sufficient size to flower. Not ideal for me as I am a pensioner so want things in flower whilst I am still alive !!

La compra fue rápida y el envío por parte de la empresa también, sin embargo los artículos no estaban bien inmovilizados dentro de la caja y debieron golpearse durante el transporte llegando muy detiorados a mi domicilio. No sé si los bulbos brotarán de nuevo porque todos los brotes estaban rotos.

I’ve been ordering for 3 years and most bulbs are of excellent quality However, a few of the peonies sent in the last order were smaller than advertised with only 2-3 eyes instead of the advertised 3-5 eyes , which means they will have less buds and take a longer time to flower.

Service is great. For some species of peonies that have formed new buds, they tend to break off easily when removing from the bags. Perhaps more soft-soil could be packed to protect them. Will come back for more in Autumn planting!!!

The bulbs arrived in the time promised, and each one was in excellent condition. I order often from Dutch Bulbs and I am always pleased with the quality of the bulbs and the efficient administration and communication.

Between placing my order & receiving delivery it took only 4 days a fantastic service. The plants & bulbs were in excellent condition & I purchased them at an amazing sale price. I would highly recommend

Немного огорчена, что получила не то, что заказала. Конечно приятно, что вы пытаетесь компенсировать. Например, я получила взамен набор флоксов, но корни не очень хорошего качества (два корня сгнившие)

This was my second purchase. Fast delivery and good plants, with the exception of Phlox Rembrandt (which arrived with damaged shoots, I hope it survives). The remaining plants are reacting well. Thanks!
