All bulbs arrived in good condition except one which was a bit damp outside scales of bulb soft and had to be scraped off to reach the healthy scales beneath.

I’m not sure why you now send me requiring my comments over past orders. This years order, I’ve downgraded to one star following the response from the company, which stated if you want good bulbs order earlier, as at the end of the season they “not perfect”, which is an understatement. Sending smaller than advertised size bulbs, already damaged when packaged & not at the 80% discount they quoted me. Not recommended. You keep existing customers by being honest & no sending out rubbish.

Mouldy peony root order & a poor customer support

One of peony plant root order was mouldy and had no eyes. The customer support didn't try their best to to satisfy customer.

Purtroppo non ho ancora ricevuto i vostri bulbi. I motivi sono dovuti all’inefficienza del corriere Bartolini che nella giornata di ieri nonostante avevano preannunciato la consegna non operavano creandomi notevoli disagi. Sul traking poi indicavano falsamente che la consegna non era andata a buon fine. Per risolvere la problematica ho chiesto al corriere di consegnare il pacco presso un punto di ritiro ma ad ora non ho ancora ricevuto alcuna conferma di deposito. Per il futuro ci consiglio di utilizzare i corrieri sda o gls che in questo territorio sono più seri ed affidabili.

I paid for home delivery. The courier didn’t even bother to try to deliver the parcel. I received an update to say the parcel was out for delivery, then at the end of the day another message to say they weren’t able to deliver it. We were at home! Then I received another message the next day to say the parcel was out for delivery but then it was taken to a pick up point. So my husband had to go and collect it! After he picked it up I received another message to say my package had been delivered. This was completely untrue because we had to make the additional journey to pick it up. What is the point of offering home delivery if I have to collect the package from a pick up point. I have had no issues with delivery before and this experience has been very disappointing.

Initial review

Items arrived apparently ok and undamaged, although I have mot yet checked sizes. I do however think that although the cardbosrd box is relatively strong, it is not indestructible and there should be a packaging around the bags to protect from potential crushing or other damage. I am unable to give a full review as first order with no experience of any issues at flowering.

Good day, I give three stars for three live Iris out of five. I can't give stars for Heather Steam and Her Highness, the plants came rotten (dead).
