I like the fact that Superbalist really cater for the plussize woman. All too often plussize clothing are outdated, frumpy and just not nice. We also struggle with trendy styles, things are nit true to size etc but Superbalist has really delivered 70% of the time so far. There is a lot they can improve on since the South African market has a lot of potential for plussize woman. Another BIG issue is finding boots for people with big calves. I have big calves and have to buy my boots from the UK cause NOWHERE in SA I can find them. Otherwise I have to take them to someone who then adds a piece of leather so they can fit me. I bought a pair from the Butterfly label (my fav because the shoes are always so comfortable) and they fit beautiful till I have to zip it closed. I have always been disappointed with knee hight boots in South Africa.

Delivery was late. Seems like it was only attended to once I contacted you guys to complain. Then I was told that one of my items was not available even though the app showed that it was. You guys sent me a 20% discount which was not much less than the discount I would have received on the dress and now the dress in my size is sold out. Very bad service. This has happened before and I've overlooked it but this problem doesn't seem to be addressed. I've also noticed other customers complaining about the same thing. So not impressed

My last three shoe orders. 1. No stock, so refunded and given a R150 voucher 2. Ordered size UK11, and size UK10.5 was delivered, but I only realised when my feet were sore. I returned and was told I had worn them, so there was no refund, and the shoes would be returned. Almost two weeks later, there is still no return. 3 Ordered UK11 again and received UK 10.5 using my earlier voucher. I returned and refunded but lost the voucher. I am still waiting for feedback on the shoes that must be returned.

My deep disappointment with the recent order 21203553 & 20605066

My deep disappointment with the recent clothing selections offered by your brand. As a long-time customer, I have always appreciated the quality and style that has been known for. However, the recent purchases I made have left me dissatisfied, and I believe it's crucial to bring this to your attention. I have sent an email with pictures showing how my recently bought item look and have damaged. Firstly, the quality of the fabrics used in the latest collection seems to have significantly declined. The materials feel cheap and are prone to wrinkling, making the clothing look unkempt even after minimal wear. This is a stark departure from the high standards I have come to expect from MANGO and Superbalist.Furthermore, the sizing inconsistency has become a prevalent issue. I have noticed discrepancies in sizing across different items, which makes online shopping a frustrating experience. It's disheartening to receive a product that doesn't fit as expected, especially when there is a lack of consistency in sizing charts. Return issues and incorrect items

I had logged a return a week ago for collection on Monday, 27 November. The takealot driver did not attempt to call me, arrived and collected the incorrect box and left. I called both superbalist and the relevant takealot branch to come back and swop the boxes. They advised the driver would come back, but he didn't. Since Monday I have emailed every for 4 days letting the consultant know that the driver did not collect the correct package. This is now delaying both my refund and my exchange, as well as created an issue at work as the driver took the incorrect item, that was packed to be delivered somewhere else. Terrible service and no communication. My Order No. 20751942 My second order after this included 2 incorrect items, and was sent with fast tracked delivery. I would have prefered to have a well packed parcel with correct items than a quicker delivery time.

My order was delivered to the wrong courier,nobody emailed me to explain this.I had to phone & follow up to find out where my items were,only then was i told that it had been dispatched to the wrong courier and got told it would be delivered within 2 days.Later that day i got an email saying my order was cancelled as i have not collected it,when calling the call centre to ask how this happened after receiving an email saying it was a courier mistake,i got told oh yes its cancelled because i did not collect it after i was told it would be delivered.One item being for my daughters engagement dress & not arriving.Very disappointing.I then replaced my order for the same items and then received the wrong size.Ordered a 32,tag says 32 but label says 36 and fits a 36.This is very disheartening as we order from superbalist quite often.

Joggers missing from shipment

I recently received my order, and while I appreciate the prompt delivery, I encountered an issue with the contents. Upon opening the package, I noticed that the printed joggers I had ordered are missing from the shipment. I have checked the packaging thoroughly, and unfortunately, they are nowhere to be found. Order Details: Order Number: 20968352 Missing Item: Printed Joggers-light purple/pokemon size 10-11 years I understand that mistakes can happen, and I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I received an order with was not complete, I have been sending emails for almost the past two weeks but the issue is still not resolved, Superbalist only refunded me for one pair of shoes and the Puma Rider which I did not receive at all has not been refunded however the invoice claims it was delivered. Upon delivery I opened the delivery box in the presence of the driver and he too can confirm that I only received one item instead of two. For the past week and a half I’ve been calling the call center however my calls are no longer being answered till this day. I’ve also previously explained to a few consultants and they said they are awaiting feedback, it’s been two weeks now and I still have not received any response from them.

Bad service

I had a very bad experience with my order there were sandals that were small that initially wanted to exchange and for some reason I couldn’t exchange so opted for a refund, I selected a date for the driver to come collect the item but he never came few days after I got an email that said that the inspected item was rejected not that I know how because the shoes were never collected I tried calling during office hours and their lines were closed I tried emailing and got no response either than the automated response and looking on my Superbalist App it says completed of which I don’t understand how because nothing was collected and no communication was done from their side

If I could give 0 stars I would! My order was set to be delivered 10 June only to arrive INCOMPLETE on 12 June. I have spent so much money by constantly having to call and follow up because Superbalist agents RARELY provide feedback for a query - they only email you recaps of the phone call after you had to call AGAIN. It is now 19 June and I still have not recieved my missing item from them - only to find out (AFTER FOLLOWING UP MYSELF) that all of a sudden the parcel is missing in transit. SUPERBALIST IS IMCOMPETENT, UNCOÖRDINATED AND HIGHLY UNTRUSTWORTHY in my experience.

How do you have the audacity to collect on a Sunday morning before 8am then leave while I am packing the item!!! What kind of business are you running!!? How on earth do you disregard the express wish of a customer when I explicitly asked for the parcel to be collected on Tuesday the 5th of December!!!????? Why do you give the option!?!?! In what world do you operate by sending an sms at 6:30am on a Sunday saying collection will happen today but your office hours are Mon-Fr so I can’t even call you to inform you of your utter lack of professionalism and stupidity!!??

Leather boots from Mango

Look honestly, Superbalist has great service. In terms of delivery and overall service. The shoes that I had bought were very appealing hence I really really wanted them. First, I ordered an 8 which I exchanged for a nine. The boots were impossible to get into, even more impossible to take off. It could be a "Me" problem, I couldn't walk in them. My fingers were sore. Those were the most uncomfortable beautiful shoes I've ever bought. Otherwise, SUPERB is definitely the hill I am willing to die on.

Order changing after payment and charging automatic delivery fee not agreed to

I checked out two items over the minimum amount for free delivery, clicked on pay for two items and thereafter it reverted to one item and charged my card an automatic delivery fee which should not be the case. It should state that the one item is no longer available and give the user the option to add another item or to cancel the transaction. Superbalist should not charge clients automatic delivery fees that they have not agreed to be charged to their card during the checkout process.

Wrong order

First order Cigarette Trouser: Cream Size UK 8 but look like Size UK 6 Too small, I login a return and the refund the same day. but I still have the item, no refund yet and no communication. Second order Cigarette Trouser: green But instead, I receive a light Grey colour. I decided not to login a return, because I did login a return request with my first purchase, and I still have the item with me. Still do want to order a lot of items, love the quality.
