I have not received my order yet
I have not received the order yet and delivery was scheduled for today at most. It's very urgent. Where is my order. I just stopped by the delivery address and they told me that nothing has arrived. I request a specific date and delivery or refund of my money

In december, during the christmas time, it can lead to delays with deliveries due to the huge amount of orders and packages the courriers have to process and ship.

Appalling strive. Ordered a Christmas gift on December 8th. Paid 18 euro for delivery. Still hasn't arrived. Nobody answering the phone.
