Well I must say that this website is amazing and for sure user friendly with good search filters so you can easily find a part that you need even if you are not professional handyman. Also delivery works perfect until the package arrive in Croatia, where you must wait for it at least 5-7 days more but that is not because of Fixpart, it is about our HR Post and DHL partnership problem. So enjoy the shopping and relax the Fixpart is for my opinion place to help you if you need some "parts" that are not available in local shops. All the best and keep up a good work... Jeff

I am not satisfied with the packaging. I ordered a round oven heater, and it was not packaged in suitable protection to prevent damage, which is exactly what happened. The holders that keep the heater in place were bent, and the envelope had some kind of hole in it. In any case, it is clear that the package wasn’t handled properly, nor was it packed in appropriate packaging. I didn’t want to file a complaint because I urgently need the heater and didn’t want to wait for a return and delivery of a new one. As for the delivery time, I would expect it to be as stated on the website, 1-3 days. I placed the order on Friday, and the package arrived on Thursday.
