My order was returned to bike-discount by DHL without any reasons (delivery in Switzerland). I called Bike-discount and they offered me to either reimburse me or send it again free of charge. I called a few times to have updates and everything I could talk to someone who replied to my questions. They also replied to my emails within 2 days. Overall, it took a little bit of time (quite normal during the end of the year holiday season). My order finally arrived and I'm very happy with it. If you're not in a hurry, you can order on bike-discount.
Order some bike parts/tools in 7.05.2024 and received the order on 14.05.2024 with missing item inside, so I refuse the order and contact the seller(bike-discount.de) until 28.05 they did nothing to refund the money or to resolve the problem.
First time in 9 years of orders from this webshop.
Beware of this, if IT happens to you, never refuse the order because you will lose money and the remaining items from the order.
