Waiting to receive the parcel but £108 is due apparently for import tax. No mention of this when ordered. So I will not be accepting the parcel and requesting a refund through PayPal.

I was told the color I’ve requested could be match and after 4 days there was no update on the order so I had to contact them only to be told that they didn’t know how produce the color

Hello Olivia, Due to a misunderstanding in our communication I offered you two possibilities, send back the paint and receive a new pot, or accept a percentage in compensation for the paint spillage. It seems that we offered him both possibilities but both are not possible for us. By sending you 10% of your money back, the damage has been covered to the best of our possibilities. If you would prefer to receive the new paint again, there would be no problem, you would only have to send us the money back and return the product as agreed in previous communications. A waste of time and money

I ordered anthracite hammered paint. It said anthracite on the tin and the colour picture was anthracite. When I painted the gates they turned out a silver colour. I had to buy black hammer paint locally and do the job again. A complete waste of my time and money.

Had I been aware of this I would have ordered from a UK company for a similar price and a quicker delivery.

I was totally unaware when I placed my order that I would have to pay a further £53.76 to UPS to cover “fees and taxes. Had I been aware of this I would have ordered from a UK company for a similar price and a quicker delivery. I am not at all happy with this situation and your response.

No tracking info given. Not posted as stated on the website. I had to contact them to get them to send it as well as I did not get any tracking info until several days later. Think they forgot to forward the email to the warehouse. Not happy with this company.

Never buy from here again.

I tried once to buy from here, package arrived late and broken, they refund me 13 instead of 42euro, saying that I can still use the product LOL. Unprofessional .
