Waiting to receive the parcel but £108 is due apparently for import tax. No mention of this when ordered. So I will not be accepting the parcel and requesting a refund through PayPal.

Unexpected tax on imported items plus lengthy wait for item
The Flex Pxe80 cordless polisher is great. I did get in touch enquiring about the type of plug on the Flex battery charger. You said you'd include an adapter to suite the UK 3 pin plug system but never did. I was also surprised to receive a £91.33 import tax fee from the courier UPS. Plus it took 10 days to arrive in the UK. Not ideal but reminded me in future to check the small print. Great communication throughout the process and the item arrived undamaged.

Fast delivery and great selection
I started a project without realizing I would have trouble using a spray can to paint. This was the only site I could find that carried the adapter that makes using a Rust Oleum spray can easier on the hands. I also found a paint I could not locate in Ireland. The shipping was very fast

Ordered but it wasn't in stock
Ordered an item for same day dispatch. I contacted customer service who told me it wouldn't be in stock for a month. The item I bought still showed as available on the website. Quite unhappy overall. After five weeks, I'm still waiting.
