I ordered flowers for a friend and asked that it be delivered to her house. She was not at home at the time of arrival and the flowers were sent back to the post office where she was not able to pick it up for 24 hours therefore leaving the flowers to get squished and wither away. I’ve attached photos showing the kind of care provided to the flowers. Several flowers did not survive the 24 hour period with the minimal water provided in the bouquet. I don’t understand why you couldn’t have left the flowers at the door and wait for her to pick them up? They were supposed to be a surprise for my friend and she got a crumpled up bouquet that was not what I paid for. Next time I would highly advise explaining to your delivery workers to drop off the flowers at the door. What’s the worst that going to happen? Who is going to steal flowers from someone?

Review of Blumenshop Flower Delivery Service I recently ordered flowers from Blumenshop, and while the flowers themselves were absolutely amazing—each and every one was of exceptional quality—the delivery experience was highly disappointing. The flowers were delivered via DHL, which completely ruined the surprise I had planned for my 87-year-old mother. Instead of delivering the flowers to her door, DHL refused to do so and brought the package to a collection center almost 4 kilometers from her home. As a result, instead of enjoying the surprise of receiving flowers at her doorstep, my elderly mother was forced to travel to pick them up. This not only defeated the entire purpose of a flower delivery service meant to brighten a special occasion but also ruined the celebration we had planned. Given this experience, neither I nor my company will be using Blumenshop again. I would strongly advise others to reconsider if you are looking for a reliable delivery service that ensures your loved ones receive their flowers as intended.

Ordered flowers well on advance to be covered on the Saturday. Notified that they would be delivered on the Monday, so late. No apology. Then told Tuesday, then Wednesday but they came on the Tuesday. I would consider not using DHL as your courier. Flowers were lovely.

The flowers were pretty when they arrived but sadly most were wilted 4 days later. Perhaps it was dhl not keeping them in a cool environnent. In summer why not deliver them as half opened buds instead of flowers in full bloom. Sorry but disappointed.

The flowers were good looking but I did check for an anonymous website delivery and the delivery company was completely displaying your name on their app. The surprise effect was messed up.

The flowers could have been left with a neighbour in the building. My 92 year old mother couldn’t fetch them from the shop. Shops in Berlin are shut on Sundays. Flowers for my mother and sister were nearly all dead when they got them. So sorry not very happy this time

This is at the discretion of the deliverer. Please understand that in the event that the recipient is not met, a personal delivery is not possible.

Expensive for the number of blooms you get. The flowers arrived in good condition although one day later than scheduled, even though I preordered a week before the selected delivery date. I got the larger option available but the pictures don’t do justice to what you actually get. Better buy from your local flower shop so you can actually be in control of what you like and how you would like the arrangement to be.

If the reason for the flowers is based on a gift for someone due to a loss, the company should make sure that the flowers are delivered in person and directly to the recipient. I've ordered some grief flowers for a colleague, and very unfortunately he had to pick the flowers up at the delivery station. Of course, the flowers were not fresh anymore.

I ordered from Australia. I didn't realise the flowers would be delivered in a box. I wanted them sent backstage to my daughter who is performing at Freiburg Theatre, but they were left waiting at reception. I didn't know how to make it clearer that they were to be delivered to her. She did collect them the next day and they were still fresh.

The flowers that arrived for my friend were beautiful but few. When I arrived a few hours later afterwards, I saw a bouquet of smaller medium size (I had paid for the biggest size, which had cost over 40 Euros to send). Some of the flowers were already drooping when I arrived. Service for arrival time was very good.

Difficult situation resolved quickly

We ordered a bouquet for our daughter in hospital. The bouquet that was initially delivered had considerably fewer blooms than the one advertised. When this was brought to the attention of the seller, they immediately offered to send a replacement. The replacement arrived quickly and was much better.

Obviously I was very disappointed when the ordered flowers failed to be delivered for Xmas and were delivered dead five days late. I hope that the promised new flowers will be delivered fresh on Friday. The gentleman I spoke to was very polite and spoke excellent english.

The flowers were lovely and as advertised. We did not choose guaranteed delivery at additional cost and the flowers arrived 1 day late (supposedly 95% in this category arrive on time). Perhaps we were in the unlucky 5%, but this happened with our first order.

Please note that the delivery on the desired delivery day, with the shipping method you selected, the standard shipping, is not guaranteed. When selecting the shipping method, we explicitly point out that the delivery of standard shipping takes 1-2 business days after we have handed over the package to our shipping partner DHL. All packages are shipped the day before the requested delivery date, regardless of the order date.

The flowers were not delivered on Friday as promised but on Tuesday four days late and the worse for wear. As this was the second time the flowers failed to be delivered on time I would suggest your carrier is really unreliable.
