I ordered flowers for a friend and asked that it be delivered to her house. She was not at home at the time of arrival and the flowers were sent back to the post office where she was not able to pick it up for 24 hours therefore leaving the flowers to get squished and wither away. I’ve attached photos showing the kind of care provided to the flowers. Several flowers did not survive the 24 hour period with the minimal water provided in the bouquet. I don’t understand why you couldn’t have left the flowers at the door and wait for her to pick them up? They were supposed to be a surprise for my friend and she got a crumpled up bouquet that was not what I paid for. Next time I would highly advise explaining to your delivery workers to drop off the flowers at the door. What’s the worst that going to happen? Who is going to steal flowers from someone?

Review of Blumenshop Flower Delivery Service I recently ordered flowers from Blumenshop, and while the flowers themselves were absolutely amazing—each and every one was of exceptional quality—the delivery experience was highly disappointing. The flowers were delivered via DHL, which completely ruined the surprise I had planned for my 87-year-old mother. Instead of delivering the flowers to her door, DHL refused to do so and brought the package to a collection center almost 4 kilometers from her home. As a result, instead of enjoying the surprise of receiving flowers at her doorstep, my elderly mother was forced to travel to pick them up. This not only defeated the entire purpose of a flower delivery service meant to brighten a special occasion but also ruined the celebration we had planned. Given this experience, neither I nor my company will be using Blumenshop again. I would strongly advise others to reconsider if you are looking for a reliable delivery service that ensures your loved ones receive their flowers as intended.

Difficult situation resolved quickly

We ordered a bouquet for our daughter in hospital. The bouquet that was initially delivered had considerably fewer blooms than the one advertised. When this was brought to the attention of the seller, they immediately offered to send a replacement. The replacement arrived quickly and was much better.

I ordered a flowers bouquet for a birthday, I got messages that it will arrive “today” for 4 days in a row” and still haven’t got it. This was supposed to be for a birthday celebration. And they don’t even answer on Instagram. Maybe we will get it for next year’s birthday. Very poor costumer service

I’m a florist myself in Australia, what you sent to my brothers 80th Birthday was a bunch of flowers scrammed together in an unprofessionally manner. I would expected a much better result. Take more care when arranging Flower Bouquets, give them space. And what was the sea holly doing in there.

Obviously I was very disappointed when the ordered flowers failed to be delivered for Xmas and were delivered dead five days late. I hope that the promised new flowers will be delivered fresh on Friday. The gentleman I spoke to was very polite and spoke excellent english.

I’m really disappointed in my order, I ordered them for my girlfriend who lives in Germany and she didn’t get them until 6 days after she was supposed to because of delivery failure. They were a completely different colour than what they should’ve been aswell… not good.

If a parcel cannot be delivered in accordance with our shipping and delivery conditions, it will be delivered to a neighbor or taken to a post office/packing station for collection. This is at the discretion of the deliverer. Please understand that personal delivery is not possible if the recipient cannot be found. In your case, the parcel was taken to a branch and was picked up very late by the recipient.

Very low quality on all topics

The flowers were nothing like the pictures. The pot was not the one shown in the picture as well. I send 1 bouquet and one plant and they did not send them together. This made me pay extra for twice the service. Delivery took almost 1 week. Overall low quality.

The flowers were lovely and as advertised. We did not choose guaranteed delivery at additional cost and the flowers arrived 1 day late (supposedly 95% in this category arrive on time). Perhaps we were in the unlucky 5%, but this happened with our first order.

Please note that the delivery on the desired delivery day, with the shipping method you selected, the standard shipping, is not guaranteed. When selecting the shipping method, we explicitly point out that the delivery of standard shipping takes 1-2 business days after we have handed over the package to our shipping partner DHL. All packages are shipped the day before the requested delivery date, regardless of the order date.

i made my order to deliver on 20th of January, insteady order was delivered on 22nd of January. Very poor service, i will not recommend. Additionally flowers wasn’t fresh at all. and the paper didn’t match to the colour of flowers.

The flowers were not delivered on Friday as promised but on Tuesday four days late and the worse for wear. As this was the second time the flowers failed to be delivered on time I would suggest your carrier is really unreliable.

Bouquet size disappointing

I am disappointed at the size of the bouquet of flowers. I ordered LARGE Florist Bouquet of the Day which, you can see from the attached picture is quite small. However, the quality and variety was good.

They couldn’t deliver the flowers on the requested order date, so I had to manually move it a few days. As a result, flowers weren’t fresh when they arrived. Not impressed with the process.

They're good but don't expect too much to delivery date if you are planning to use the standard delivery cause it might deliver 2 to 3 business day to deliver.
