These stickers are great. I needed to label my daughters pens and pencils, tedious but a necessity for their age at school. I had brought some alternatives but they were too big and weren't able to stick to the hexagon pencils correctly, so pointless for me. I then ordered these mini stickers and they were amazing. Correct size, and stuck to the pencil. Not going to bother order from anywhere else again!

Je suis assez contente du résultat. J'avais fait exprès d'atteindre le montant pour avoir la livraison gratuite. Au moment de payer il y a eu un bug. Il a fallu rafraichir la page et là le montant est passé mais avec des frais de livraisons. J'ai essayé de contacter le service clientèle pour corriger cela mais... aucun moyen. Pas de mail, ni de téléphone. Juste un chat avec un robot et la conversation tournait en rond donc j'ai fini par abandonner... Je suis dégoûtée et ai l'impression de bien m'être fait avoir. Cela ne me mets pas en confiance pour recommander....

Commande de gourde - 2 semaines d'attente
J'ai commandé un gourde - sur le site il était indiqué : "en stock" avec une livraison estimée 3-4 jours plus tard.
Sans rentrer dans les détails, le paquet à mis 2 semaines avant d'arriver, avec un code de suivi qui indiquait très peu d'informations (et qui ne fonctionne pas correctement - il faut à chaque fois encoder le captcha et le code de commande).
Puis il est resté bloqué 1 semaine avec la mention "Douane"...étrange de passer par la douane et de mettre 2 semaines pour arriver pour un objet en stock en France 😉

I do not recommend the ink stamp for clothes!
I do not recommend the ink stamp for the clothes. The actual result vs the sample image when choosing the font type were different. The ink smudges and the words all clumped together making the words to been seen clearly. Definitely can't choose names more than 6 letters for the ink stamp. I even contacted the customer service but they just suggested me to repurchase it again and once I asked for them to refund, they ignored my request with no reply.

No se'm va comentar que va haver-hi un problema, quan vaig preveure que la cosa no anava bé vaig aver de trucar, vaig estar tot al matí intentant solucionar, vaig haver de parlar jo amb diverses MRW per saber el estat del meu paket, i a sobre intentant parlar amb l'empresa a les 16:30h ja no responien el telèfon que això ho va fer molt més difícil.
Us falta comunicació amb el client i no que us faci la feina amb l'empresa de missatgeria

I ordered a customized puzzle. I was disappointed the puzzle did not come in a box. It was meant to be a gift. Hw can you give a gift without a box! And to a puzzle you need to see the picture you are doing. How can you do so without a box with the picture. I am very disappointed. I have tried other customized puzzles before and they all came in a box

Livraison reçue en retard (3 semaines)
Les étiquettes autocollants sont en faite des thermocollantes (probablement un pb de traduction en français) bref je n'ai pas eu ce que je voulais et réponse du service après vente lente et très succincte voir cassante. Première et dernière fois sur ce site !

This is not my first order of fridge customized magnets. But this order the quality has reduced drastically. Not only the printing material is “ok” but the printing sheet/material has changed to thin and poor quality. I hope you review this and consider the change

Une des boules n'a pas été réalisée avec la taille de police demandée.
Résultat, le prénom empiète sur le décor et surtout sort de l'harmonie des autres. Il s'agit de clle portant le prénom Léon, cf photo jointe
C'est dommage car par ailleurs, tout s;'est bien passé.

Delivery when you say you're going to deliver and when the parcel does not arrive, then the onus is on you, Stikets, to follow up on the non/lost delivery as you chose the delivery company.
I still have not received my order and will not be using Stikets again.

The name stamp came out terrible! And the price is not cheap to begin with but the quality is unacceptable. The ink smudges and the font is way too small. I can't even see the name clearly.
