Very quick response to my order of the desired remote control unit. Took a couple of days of delivery to germany. Put batteries in and it worked. Even better than the crappy original RCU. Now I can control the device even from an angle other than 90° of it. Will come back any time for more substitutes if needed.

The remote does not work with the device for which I purchased it. Allthough, before purchase, the web site showed that it would work with said device. Also, the instructions are extremely poor. After complaining to the company, they have requested that I send it back but at my expense. The company also stated after my complaint, that the remote will not work with the device for which I purchased it. I will never order from this company again.

On 2nd November you contacted us for the first time about the remotes control is not working with your devcice. According to the model of the device that you have provided us with as part of the complaint resolution, we have found out that you have ordered a controller for One Concept v51 and yet you have a One Concept Woodpecker 5.1 model.
You didn't specify the model in your order, we had no way of knowing that you ordered the wrong type. Although we didn't make any mistake. , we did our best to solve your problem. We replied straight away offering several solutions that were all declined by you.
Then on 4th November you gave us this one star review. We feel this is a bit unfair as we did our best to resolve the issue - we were replying straight away, we were offering solutions to supply a fully functioning remote control to you, and finally we offered a full refund for you.
In case you are not satisfied with this service, coul you please tell us how we should proceed that the solution would be fine for you?

Wir entschuldigen uns für die Lieferverzögerung. Die Lieferung erfolgt über Polen und es gab letzte Woche zwei nationale Feiertage (1. und 3. Mai), die zu der Verzögerung führten.
Leider können wir darauf keinen Einfluss haben. Selbstverständlich werden wir versuchen, eine Lösung zu finden, wie wir Sie entschädigen können.
Außerdem können Sie sich das nächste Mal an unseren Kundendienst wenden, um Antworten zu erhalten, falls ein Problem auftritt. Wir bieten 6-mal pro Woche, 12 Stunden am Tag, einen kompetenten Online-Kundensupport per Chat an.

Not the shown remote control! The pictures in the web shop show the original plus the offered remote control. But only a limited version is shipped, not the original one. As there are limited functions and even different labelling on the RC sent, it is not so easy to work with.

Not the best help !
In my broken old Control, it was easy forward and Backward with large Buttons and it worked perfectly! And then there was a button to push and return to the previously seen channel! Miss them!

Sie haben uns am 20. November gemailt, dass Sie die gekauften Produkte zurückgeben möchten (was natürlich Ihr Recht als Kunde ist). Wir haben Ihnen bereits am nächsten Tag, dem 21.
